We have paid quite a high rate for a so called "Superior room". We got a dirty room with a toilet/shower combination for physically handicapped people. So it was basically a disabled-WC and an open shower without glass nor curtains just next to it. Very weird. Very dusty and dirty under bed. No double bed as booked. Two single beds with lovekiller-gap. Staff not reachable overnight. No luggage storage (you can store at tourist information). OK breakfast.

The staff in the pub are the worst ever! The girls that run the hotel portion are very nice and stand in stark contrast to the bad pub staff. Room was very nice and we can recommend the hotel.

City center hotel which makes it easy to take taxi to see Jukkasjärvi or the ski sloap. Good beer selection.

Only 4 parking spots for the whole hotel, so I didn't manage to get a spot. That meant to deal with parking for 2 hours during normal weekdays till 21, if I remember correct.

A very comfortable stay but the pillow needs a bit of improvement, it gets really flat after some time.

Hotel in the center of town, above a good pub (where you check-in, no real front desk). Room was a bit old, dirty carpets and walls; bed and bathroom clean though. Not far from bus stop to airport, or free bus to train station. Breakfast was pretty basic but not bad.

One night stop half way on our trip to Norway from Finland. Small town with not much to see. Room was small but fit its purpose.

For a little town like Kiruna, this hotel is very nice, clean, well-cared for, and it sits right on top of the Bishop Arms bar, the best and most happening place in the city. Highly recommended.

Breakfast buffet was quite ample. Room was quiet and comfortable. Free parking! Good food off the dinner menu. Good location for walking around town, but not too much to see.

The room was warm, clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It's location in Kiruna is perfect. They also had a terrific breakfast buffet in the morning. I have to preface my next statement by mentioning that we were checking in on January 1st. I was surprised to find that the Bishop Arms does not appear to have a front desk. I checked in at the bar on the 1st floor and when I wanted to check out there was no place to leave my key card. Still I would highly recommend the Bishop Arms to people who are not put off by something a little different,

My girlfriend and I went there in early December. The hotel is in a good location there is a small mall underneath where you can get a SIM card for your phone, buy some clothes or eat at the little cafe. The hotels bar and restaurant is nice and the food is very tasty but a little expensive. I spent about $82- $85 U.S. for baked salmon a burger and two beers. The price was worth it for me because the food was very good but I couldn't eat there every night. There is a bus station within walking distance so you can go and see the ice hotel. There are also some things to see around town with lots of restaurants, cafes, and a little grocery store as well. The rooms were clean and well heated. We had the free breakfast which was pretty good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very central in Kiruna. Very popular and buzzing pub. Excellent choice of beer and whiskies!

This was the perfect stay for one night before going to the Ice Hotel 20km away. Although you wouldn't expext a pub to be a hotel I can highly recommend it. It's just about 3 years old, all rooms are very modern. Being in the middle of Kiruna is very convenient. It was extremely quiet.
