the hotel is good, but a bit noisy. i had to call to quiet some people, and the hotel staff was nice that the did. There is a club in the area that plays really loud music, but overall a nice hotel

This place was very close to everything! Bars and restaurants all around everyone is so nice nothing to worry about.

Everything was wonderful not complaints but would like if they could have little fridge choice for medications and a regular telephone to comunícate with the front desk not through WhatsApp. Not all people like to use it for safety reasons.

Fabulous location! Slightly dated property but retains great character

The location is fantastic! It’s like a 5 min walk to Santo Domingo and the Zocalo (opposite direction). Around 10 minutes to the markets (Benito Juarez and November 20). It’s pretty much next to Lavedura de Olla, which is a fantastic restaurant! As for the hotel itself, it has a nice restaurant and cute pool in the courtyard area! The also offer you a couple drinks to try in the lobby (for free). They change switch every day so sometimes it’s tea, cafe de olla, hot chocolate, or water. The hotel supplies you with a couple water bottles and replaces them as you use them. The bed is comfortable and the staff are very friendly! The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. If you’re using the collectivo transport from the airport, it’s in zone 1, so it’s the cheaper price! I would definitely book again if/when I come back to Oaxaca!

The hotel location is centrally located and the staff were super friendly and attentive.

I found all acceptable except for the reception desk staff who wasn't friendly, rather stand- offish. That could be improved.

Our trip was amazing. We stayed here with my mama, husband, and 8 month old baby. The location was perfect, short walks to several locations. Has a Mescal tasting room attached, restaurant, and pool that is in an indoor setting. They had a playpen on request and had great customer service. We will absolutely be back.

Great pool and the receptionist was nice. Room was standard. Comfortable bed and free water. Very central so a great location plus a free welcome cocktail.

I love this hotel. Cute lobby; amazing rooftop restaurant/bar; friendly staff; nice pool; great rate; best location/location! If there is anything I would recommend changing, it would be to upgrade the guestroom. Furniture is old and bed is fine for a night but not very comfy. Overall, we would recommend and stay here again.

Have stayed here several times in the past year plus. Staff is very nice and remember us. We have local relatives and friends meet us here for breakfast and dinner. They have an odd rule about not allowing unregistered guests enter the room which makes some visits awkward.

Perfect location....we could walk everywhere!

Room was pretty clean but it did smell humid even after cleaning every morning. But overall good room, would stay again.
