Love love love this place, but the hosts Shelia and Phil are the real treasure!
The rooms are quaint, cozy and decorated luxuriously! You will appreciate the fluffy petal soft robes and silky sheets!
Shelia who in the past was a chef, puts on a full English breakfast that cannot be topped; with care, charm and wit!
Phil is sweet and has of lots of local knowledge, where to eat, where to drink, the good/bad/ugly off WSM.
The rooms are clean, in a very convenient location just a block to the waterfront, and even have a small water view out their front dining room and front door so you can always check the tide. They have a swanky sun trap lounge area, with a enormous couch and fire pit for a drink on the patio.
There’s a pub down the street that is a true locals pub, a small convenience store, and restaurants within walking distance.
You won’t be sorry if you stay here so book it!

It’s a beautiful place to stay nice and very clean. Phil & Sheila are very lovely and make you feel very welcome. Sheila makes a great fry up 😁. We would highly recommend this little guest house. Jas & Vijay

A great place to stay, very comfortable and clean. Sheila and Phil are very friendly and have catered for your every need, including fresh milk everyday. All toiletries are providing including a toothbrush if you have forgot your own.

Lovely welcome, nothing to much trouble, use of kitchen and dinning room if wanted to have takeaway. Breakfast was one of the best ever. 👌

We had a lovely stay at the Rosita. The owners Sheila & Phil made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was wonderful and included fruit, cereals, toast, and the biggest cooked breakfast ever! Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was really comfortable and the location was perfect, very near the seafront with lots of bars and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Sheila & Phil even left a bottle of Prosecco in our room when they knew it was our anniversary! Everywhere was so clean and we would definitely recommend the Rosita and stay again if in the area.

This is an excellent small hotel convenient for the town; room 7, although at the top of the stairs, was excellent with Ikea furniture and a new bed. The cooked breakfast is unbelievable with 3 different sizes - I chose the medium and it was very filling, probably would not be able to manage a large size! The two owners and other staff were very very friendly and helpful. There were no complaints at all about this hotel and I would thoroughly recommend it. Very quiet stay.

Then when we actually stepped foot in the accommodation, we were warmly greeted and shown to a higher tier room...for no extra cost! Just because it happened to be free that night. Amazing generosity. The night was very pleasant, with just the right facilities required and more. Then breakfast, fantastic choice and what was actually brought out once ordered...MASSIVE plate full.
All in all, the best band b we've ever stayed in. Would love to come back again. Soon. :)

Lovely, traditional B&B with really nice rooms, excellent staff and a great breakfast. The owners and staff couldn't have been better and we would definitely recommend anyone staying there as it's close enough to the seafront for the beach and bars but far enough away for it to be quiet at night.

Lovely hosts who provided great service and banter. Breakfast was very good even if they had no hollandaise sauce (haha). Everything was in good nick, including the powerful shower in the bathroom.

Stayed for three nights over the August bank holiday. Great value for money with lovely hosts. The room was compact but very comfortable and the bed was very nice. The room was very clean as was the rest of the B&B. The breakfast was outstanding with everything and more, would defiantly recommend to all.

A very nice stay at The Rosita ,Rob & Carol were very welcoming nothing too much trouble,room was tastefully decorated, nice en-suite, and very clean. breakfast was more than enough with a wide choice,Jean was very friendly & gave service with a smile .

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay by an extra 5 days, top class in all ways, better than some 4-5 star places that we have stayed at in the past--we were made to feel like family & even repair work to water damaged carpet, floor & alarm system due to a freak storm didn't take away from a fantastic time. The only place to go.

I was a little disappointed to find that this was a B&B not hotel (I got confused by the name). However this is the best B&B ever! And the breakfast - amazing.parking is a nightmare but behind this place is a car park which is £5.50 for 24hours which is just amazing for Weston!

This must be the cleanest B&B you could wish to stay in.Everything is immaculate.Just one small complaint.The room we were allocated,room 5, is really tiny.Although very comfortable,you could literally not swing a cat.The owners are aware of the problem and we were told that they are addressing the problem shortly by knocking down a wall and making 2 rooms into 1.This is only a minor complaint and did not detract from our stay.The breakfast has to be the finest one I've ever had.They ask if you want small,medium,or large.Have a large at your peril.It's huge and fantastic.No need to eat for the rest of the day.All in all,probably the best b&b ever.

.Arriving for a one-night stay we were met by Dianne. What a charming lady! And the room was beautifully decorated, with everything needed for our convenience, the en-suite bathroom so clean and bright. After a very comfortable nights sleep we went down to the basement dining room helped ourselves to cereals etc., then we were served a fabulous breakfast cooked by `chef` Robert. We were so sorry to have to leave, but you can count on it we shall be back again. Thank you both Dianne and Robert for such a fantastic time. We are telling all our friends about the ROSITA HOTEL.

This hotel was really a pleasant surprise. Although I arrived late everything was perfect. I would like to make a special comment to how helpfull,polite and amazing inevery way the owners of the hotel were. The breakfast was perfect.

The breakfast is teriffic with the full English in 3 sizes small medium and large --- warning!!! If you go large make sure you have fasted for a good couple of days in preparation first :-)
There are also lots of prepared fresh fruits and even fresh figs during our stay. Also on offer are yogurts, cereals and a range of juices.
We were in room 8 on the top floor which was a little cozy and the stairs up to it may prove a challenge for some folk.

This hotel is in an ideal location for tourists, and the promenade. Within walking distance of the town centre, the railway station is a bit further out but is walkable if you are able to do so.
The hotel was comfortable, clean and the owner was very warm and friendly, you must try the breakfast as it was delicious and had a good proportion of food. Overall a very enjoyable stay. We stayed for 2 nights and would have stayed longer if we could have.

Had a lovely weekend at the "Rosita" though out of season, still plenty of things to do, hosts were great, would not hesitate to stay again in the future, as for the breakfast, well, excellent!!! 10/10
