Pretty good

Good location and accessible by subway and bus also walkable to the city area with lots of shopping and eateries. Hotel breakfast is simple and similar every morning with hard boiled eggs, bread, coffee and orange juice.

Booked this place at a very reasonable price and was happy with condition of the facility. A short walk from subway station, and facing a beautiful park. However the room is quite small even per Japan standard. There is no space for a chair or a desk and very little room for moving around. Overall I would stay here again for the same price.

A bit of communication problem.

Their breakfast was very good and had a good variety, the cooks deserve a raise. The hotel staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. the room was vastly over crowded with only two twin beds and a small but very good refrigerator. Wifi worked acceptably and the TV was most adequate. The common areas were fairly clean but the whole building was somewhat worn out. There was no closet and no place to put anything. We were always tripping over our luggage. The room could have used a thorough cleaning, but the linens were clean and fresh and the bed comfortable. Bath room was compact two people at a time was not viable, unless one was in the tub, but the water was hot and the tub deep though not long was acceptable. Was not greatly over priced and the location was close enough to both bus and subway to make getting around very convenient.

Unfortunately it was rain in the morning, so I couldn't run around the Heiwadai Park until my departure as usual. But it was so beautiful old castle field with rain in front of the hotel. I'd like to recommend their hand maid breakfast. I was so nice for me. A hotel staff gave me the map around the hotel when I asked. They have three types of maps around the hotel. It was so convienient to me.
