Great stay, nice staff, hot tub was great and the pool was wonderful. Close to the highway. Excellent!

We stayed for the boat ride on Valley Gem. This location was fairly convenient to downtown Marietta. It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by very friendly personnel. The only problem we had was the tub would not drain appropriately. Notified personnel and they were going to contact maintenance.

The person who checked us in, Dusty, was very nice & helpful. She was very upbeat & friendly! The breakfast bar was nice, as well as clean. We enjoyed our breakfast & the coffee you have was excellent. It saved us a trip to Starbucks!
The room was a little warm & we couldn’t get the temperature any lower. I didn’t think to ask about it last night as we checked in around 8 pm. I did mention to the front desk person when we left this morning. Also, there was only two luggage racks with none to be found this morning.
With that being said, though, it’s a nice hotel & we will stay there again.

This was a good place to stay for a night on our way to somewhere else.
We were greeted by a very nice and efficient young lady.
The bed was very comfortable! I will say that it was high, so if you have mobility issues, you might have trouble getting up into it.
I prefer a walk in shower over a tub, but the water pressure and temperature were great.
Overall it was quiet, but I did get woken up by a dog barking and heard some people in the hall.
Breakfast was very good… especially the oatmeal bar.
There were restaurants and several shops (including Walmart) right nearby.

Had to change room. Ac would not turn off. Room was to cold. Bath tub drain very slow. While showering i was standing in water pass my ankle.

We were treated horribly by the staff! Had problems with a ball team using my granddaughter for target practice in the pool….all adult chaperones were drunk….staff would not do anything about it…were so rude…we ended up being removed from the hotel by a police officer after being in bed for 45 minutes…guess it was easier to remove one room of people instead of a large group of drunks….very disappointing…will never stay in Fairfield again

It’s a very safe and convenient place to stay on our drive from NC to MI. Staff is very friendly, the property is clean, and it is very close to several dining and shopping options

All the staff were exceptionally cheerful, friendly and very helpful. The room was neat, clean and well equipped. The only drawback was the handicap assessable shower. The floor was pitched incorrectly sending water all across the floor making footing very hazardous. We mopped it up with leftover towels and went on. Our entire family was there for my son's wedding and every one was pleased with the accomidations.

The fitness center was decent for a hotel- it had enough options for a good workout. The breakfast options were fantastic and the 24 hour tea & coffee bar is great. The only bad thing was the pool wasn’t open and that was the main reason we chose this property.

This hotel was recommended by family because it was clean and safe. They were right! Not only was everything perfect, but they also had a combination of firm and fluffy pillows on the bed. First time ive ever had this in a hotel. I will stay here again when i visit family. The only thing i would recommend, the anti slip treads in the shower need updating but there was a grab bar. This is my suggestion for almost every hotel but not a deal breaker.

The only reason I got the room for the night was for the hot tub. The hot tub was not hot and when I said something to the workers, they said it it depends on how many people are in the hot tub whether it’s hot or not. I feel like that’s false advertising. I’m pretty sure the people that made Jacuzzi also made plans for it to be enjoyed solo as well. They didn’t get it fixed until after I had checked out for the day and didn’t offer me a free room, did not for to comp half of my stay. Not even an apology.

This is obviously a well-managed and maintained property. Very friendly and professional staff; nice pool and whirlpool; great breakfast and dining space (but waffle maker didn’t work); wonderful patio area in back with gas grill and gas fire pit (although fire pit would not light). Room accommodations were excellent. Great value!
