I was happy with the overall price n condition of the room we had every amenity available to us

I feel bad cuz I don’t do this kind of thing. But it made for an absolutely TERRIBLE day today. First, my key didn’t work. So I had to walk to the complete other side of the hotel w my bags to get new keys. Got in, turned on heat, was exhausted, passed out. Woke up an hour later FREEZING cold. Heat didn’t work. Had to walk ALL the way back down. Got into new room. Fridge made horrible loud noise. Guy called my room and woke me up to ask if I turned the heat off in other room! I think I was able to get MAYBE 2 hours of sleep. Waste of $ . Waste of time and energy. Made for an absolutely terrible long day today. No photo, but have video of fridge noise. I want my $ back

Desperately needs new carpet. Room was not vacuumed properly with visible dirt throughout. Visible dust on lampshades, and grime on light switch in bathroom. Couch had a big rip in it and one decorative curtain panel was missing and no one bothered to replace it. Clearly, upgrading and maintaining is not a priority here.Unlocked door to the outside world in back hallway left unlocked at all times, including overnight. I bought some bleachwipes so i could wipe down surfaces. The bed was clean and comfy and the continental breakfast was reliable and decent. In room coffee makers could be upgraded. And yes. The price was very cheap, and I expected it to be basic but gross is never acceptable.

I woke up to millipedes crawling up the wall. Noticed the vent in the bathroom had a thick layer of dust/dirt. The heat lamp mold growing in it. I respectfully ask for a FULL REFUND of my stay as well as two free nights at the hotel of my choice

The property is a simple place to spend the night very close to the I77, Starbucks, and Aldis grocery store.
The room was clean and bed comfortable.

My van broke down, it was raining my cousin came to fix the van and the lady at the service desk allowed us to work on the vehicle under the canopy.
She also allowed us to eat in the breakfast area after it was closed. I would stay here again just because of her hospitality.

Normally we have no issue with Baymont. This trip we got locked out of our room twice. 2nd time took about 30 minutes till thwy let us in and gave us a new room. Black mild in bathtub and by heater and a lovely cockroqch in tub. Shower curtain had mildew. I have no complaints about staff..they were very good. Breakfast was ok too.

Overnight stay. I hate the price you pay for overnight stays. This was only $56.00 and we got a continental breakfest. Room was plenty big enough and extremely comfortable. Will stay again.

This property in need of being updated. Bathroom toilet had no lid on the tank. Property was clean, but the bathroom needs to have new bathtub/shower and floor replacement as well as the walls. tile etc.

Do not let the price scare you away!! This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile! The front desk attendant Julie was super helpful and friendly! It was very nice to stay at a hotel that didn’t smell like cigarettes or marijuana! Yes the pool and restaurant are closed which I am sure is reflected in the price but it’s still a great location!!

I really expected more from a Wyndham. We stayed for 3 nights and had a 1-1/2” x 2” bar of soap between us. Shampoo a little skimpy also. By third day, no coffee refills,
No clean towels or wash rags and trash cans full. The place would be great if it was updated. No pool, no bar.

We had a king size bed which was very comfortable, sofa, coffee table, desk and nice refrigerator microwave setup. However the carpeting was very dirty. The bathroom was very small and old, had black mold?where the caulking was and the shower filled up the tub as you showered. The room had a musty smell. Air conditioner worked well. Will not stay there again. Could see that at one time it was a very nice hotel but needs renovations. Was not advised that the pool was not in working order and was very disappointed cuz I had hoped to use it.

We were just looking for a place to stay for a quick nap on our road trip, it was fine for a shower and sleep. Pillows were rough, I ended up balling up a towel to help. Not dirty, just old. Can’t beat the price… we skipped the yogurt breakfast, didn’t see much else.

The pool was closed and has been for some time. The workout room had 3 units not in service. The rooms are old and in need of updating. The carpet and chair in our room 104 are very dirty. The overall feel was a lack of attention by the front desk staff upon entering the facility but maybe they are wearing more than one hat ! When we checked out this morning, there was a bad sewage type smell emanating from somewhere in the facility.

Many things were broken in the room. The phone was broken, the remote was broken and when I called the front desk nobody answered . The air conditioner was not good either. The only saving grace was the price.

Front desk was vacant most of the time and had to call a number to try and get ahold of someone. Maintenance issues of the rooms/ facility. Pool was closed entire stay. A sketchy property in my opinion. When there is only a dozen cars or so in the parking lot at night, red flag. Pay the extra money for a different hotel.

Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Rooms and building need some better cleaning and updating. Bed was clean and comfy. Like the small refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Tv and WiFi were good. Good place to spend a night just driving through. Wouldn’t stay there for an extended time. Pool is under construction.

Baymont is a nice, convenient place to stay. My only complaints are: desk chair height not adjustable due to failed cartridge, WiFi access spotty and not always available, also many TV channels on the menu list were not available such as all of the FOX network channels and all of the ESPN channels. Needed an electrical outlet at the desk. The lamp on the nightstand had two outlets which I used for CPAP machine and computer. But would have been nice to be able to plug the omputer in at the desk. Desk lamp could/should have been the same as the nightstand. But room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast could have had a few more hot options, but was adequate.

Customer service was great. Room was clean. Property was old and is in desperate need of updating. Usual things for an old property. I had to change rooms at 11PM because the air conditioning unit was making loud noises. Again needs updating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we slept good.

The lobby is misleading. The rooms are dirty and smell smoke. When the first room was clearly unclean and filled with the odor of stale cigarettes, I asked for the new one. It had the same issue. I asked to cancel immediately, because I made the reservation via Expedia they had to call the front desk on my behalf. The front desk person who checked me in assured me they wouldn’t fight my refund request since I was only in the hotel for 20 minutes and didn’t even set my bag down, but they did. I was refunded only in part and have had to push Expedia to reopen this case and get me a full refund — I’m still waiting on the result of this request. Overall, a massive disappointment and inconvenience to me that reflects badly on both the Baymont and Expedia brands.
