Musty mildew smell when heat/AC unit came on Room # 129 if you look down into the unit you can see black mold on coils

The breakfast was very lacking. I only saw a few items in the fridge, waffle maker and some juice. The ceiling had huge water marks all over.

The bed was ancient! It was an old spring mattress that had seen better days. It had a huge weak spot so when 2 people laid in it one would roll towards the other. The bathroom was very dimly lit. The overhead light flickered and was very dim.

Nothing about the property, only thing I liked was that there was a Starbucks next door.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and they only provided small pillows. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The second full day we weee there, the electricity was turned off. We were not offered a discount for this inconvenience at all. The hallway smelled like cat urine.

Room was filthy. Full of dog hair. Went to front desk. They gave us a different room. Second room was dirty too. Should of just left and went different hotel. No bar or restaurant available on site. Came home to figure out we had bed bug bites. Never again will we stay there.

Close to where we needed to be for our activity. The beds were comfortable and the room seemed pretty clean.

We had only 2 towels for 3 people and when we asked for more they didn’t have any. Traffic noise but that’s to be expected for the location.

Front desk person, Christie, was very nice. Nice conversation when we checked in and helped us find hotel amenities later in the evening.

The king size bed felt like it was just 2 twin beds put together and it dipped significantly in the middle. The door did not latch shut unless it was deadbolted. The free breakfast had very short hours.

Convenient to I77..

The beds were horrible..Very old saggy mattresses..Pillows were flat. Air-conditioned did not work. TV was horrible to figure out and the WiFi kept crapping out.

Price, location both a plus. Decent size room. Both kids had an area to play on their laptops.

Curtain was broke. Lamp and microwave were not even plugged in. Lamp had tape on it holding it together. Bed was not as comfortable as I would like but you get what you pay for.
