Brilliant staff , spacious large suite
Bed a little lumpy , breakfast portions a tad small. Great location. Again , Mel is a brilliant member of the team and the breakfast girls do a great job.

Nice hotel in a central location. 2 employees were rude to me (Pedro the morning cook and Joy Villarreal). However, Victoria the manager surprised me on my Birthday with a Cake and a Happy Birthday song. All employees are nice BUT few are special:

Hotel staff including the guards are friendly, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. This is the most important for me. I really enjoyed dining at Cafe Mondo and their ‘daing na bangus” is simply the best. I enjoyed my weeklong stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Makati area.

1) Victoria the Manager is polite, patient, professional, helpful, humble and hard working.

The staff is great, the breakfast included could been a better selection. The deluxe suites are huge and extremely comfortable. Our suite was noisy cause the window was not closed properly and when trying it was broken on the tracks. We did not notice this till late in my vacation. The hotel is with in walking distance to a small mini mall & the railway train station.
PS. When checking in have someone come and inventory the mini bar, we never touched anything but when checking out they tried to charge me for 2 beers missing.

Coming bac to Herald Suites Solana is like coming to our home away from home in the Philippines. Checking was easy and fast as always. The staff met us with welcome drink and we our key straight away. The management and the staff make HSS far above the rest in Manila. The breakfast was plentiful , tasty and did not take long to arrive each morning. We will be back again and very soon.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a treat and wait staff polite and attentive. Reception is very accommodating. The room is big and bathroom is very clean. Airconfitioning unit is actually working! Bed is big and room is actually big! Nothing fancy about the place or location. To me it is a hidden gem for the price they ask for!

The staff put this facility in a superior class all the way at the top! The breakfast is plentiful and rather tasty, I might add. The pool is well kept and located on the top of the facility. A large shopping mall is located about 300 meters from the suites. I would be happy to recommend this location to anyone and will certainly be back when I come to Manila.

The staff had it right from time that I checked in with swift and kind attention. Very available with information , opening doors, keeping our suite clean and offering the best breakfast variety. I have stayed at thousands of hotels in over 180 countries and Herald Suites Solana is among the very best that I have seen. I would recommend Herald Suites Solana with five stars!
