The front desk clerk Rayland was very polite, professional hand made the check-in process very smooth.

Dirty. Bugs in room. No staff around, waited over 10 minutes to check out and had a line of three people behind me. I ended up just leaving a note. Breakfast was ok

Staff were very friendly, facility was clean, breakfast was nice and room was lovely. We went down to grab coffee on way out and although it was too early for breakfast the staff prepared early for us to eat quick before a long day of travel.

Wife and I needed a place to stay overnight while traveling to see family. Hotels.com found this for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room had just been renovated a month ago. It was great!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could ave have more variety to select from, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. They are currently remodeling but at night so it was fun to see what was new each night. We loved the table in the lobby that allowed us to play board games. The staff was extremely friendly. My kids had to say goodbye to our favorite staff member (I am sorry that i am bad at names she deserved a shout out).
If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

The elevator made loud noises. Otherwise we booked this late at night as we weren’t going to be able to keep driving to our destination. It was safe, comfy beds, good breakfast.

The outside of the Hotel is good. The inside needs a refurb. The beds are worn out, the carpets are stained and are dirty. The entire Hotel needs to be refurbished. Also, do not stay in Montgomery Alabama, it is a dump. Went out to get something to eat and this area is full of crime. Hotels burnt down, houses burnt down, ETC. Keep driving, do not stay here.

The inside is very nice. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The lady that checked me in, and the lady who checked me out were amazing. Super friendly and courteous.

The customer service was amazing! From check in (Karin) to the housekeeping staff everyone was extremely nice and welcoming!

The pool was closed for maintenance. I would’ve not selected this hotel had I would know.

The front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was quiet and comfortable. The only issue was no bedding for the pullout couch, and we had to go downstairs to get bedding. They had no pillows left.

We were unprepared for the distance from the hotel to restaurants, etc. We did go to the near by Mexican restaurant where we were the only customers. The facility in general is just very tired. We have always assumed the reason for chains is a consistent quality. This facility was below standards for Fairfield Inn.
