The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. We love the breakfast, simple yet delicious; daily options vary from sausages, bacon, waffles DIY, hash browns they were cooked so well, one of the best ^^ at the reception area too they provided coffee, tea, apples & cookies (love em’ so much!). Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely come back to visit again. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for a walk to Lake Louise - about a 3km walk with an incline, so not suitable for everyone to walk. Accommodation was comfortable, would help if there were proper china cups instead of paper cups.

We really enjoyed the spacious room which served as a great base camp for the many adventures that lake Louise has to offer. The included breakfast was more than adequate and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little lodge. Helpful staff. Room was nice and clean. Parking wasn’t full, even with the hotel fully booked. Easy to walk to visitor center and restaurants. Breakfast room was dated and overly warm

We loved the stay here, it close to everything. There is a shopping complex across the road. The tour buses to lake Louise and lake moraine also stop in the hotel or the shopping complex across the road. The rooms were updated and spacious, the bathrooms were clean.

Clean, friendly staff, love the hot tub and breakfast! Convenient transportation from hotel through mountain park transportation to see lake Louise and moraine lake. We also drove from the hotel up to the ice fields adventure and back, that was a whole day with all the stops. I’m glad we picked up a sandwich at the crossing because everything was closed when we got back to lake Louise. I’d definitely stay here again

We had great time here. The rooms and property was clean. It is a short drive to Lake Louise. Complementary breakfast was excellent (5 stars to it). Restaurants and gas stations are in proximity. My only suggestion is to put in a elevator, as we had elderly people, who found it cumbersome going up and down the stairs on second floor.

Loved how convenient it was to the lake moraine bus pick up and drop off. The breakfast was also and added bonus. The rooms were so fun and modern.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, wonderful hot tub. The only thing I would say is there are not many places open late to eat in the area. Great location to lake Louise, moraine lake and the ice fields parkway. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay for the night however limited dining in the evening. Only vending machines available. Breakfast was great and friendly staff both at checkin and breakfast.

Excellent front desk. The property was across the street from a shopping center and the Visitors Center. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

10 minutes driving to lake Louis lakeshore. They also offer shuttle service to Lake Louis and LakeMoraine

This property is conveniently located right in the Lake Louise village. We had booked a shuttle for the sunrise hike and the pickup was right across the street- very handy. The morning breakfast was very good. Lots of options, hot food was tasty and plentyful. They had 4 staff members who were doing a great job of replenishing when items got low (there were a ton of people eating breakfast there !) and the fruit salad was a nice surprise from the normal bananas and apples only at other places. Loved our room - very comfy beds and pillows. Nice mini fridge, well layed out room. Not huge but big enough. Parking was excellent and lots available even though we checked in quite late to the hotel. Very pleasant front desk staff (who explained how they could print our park pass which we had to buy online since we arrived so late in the park). Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

Great property to stay close to ice fields parkway and Lake Louise. Room was very clean but we were right next to railroad track and trains were constant. Staff was very nice and easy check in. Breakfast offered a nice selection.
