Wat een heerlijke sfeervolle plek. We hadden met het gezin een 4 persoons kamer. De bedden sliepen heerlijk, het gedeelte sanitair was schoon en netjes. Er was een gemeenschappelijke keuken en verschilde gemeenschappelijke ruimten om heerlijk te chillen

Notre chambre était dans un secteur en réparation, propreté a désirer. Tapis pas propre car je suis asthmatique et j'ai eu des problèmes même avec la fenêtre ouverte. J'ai demandé à être changé de secteur et pas possible. J'avais réserver depuis septembre 2023 je crois que je méritais mieux. Il n'y avait même pas de douche sur l'étage car en réparation tres coincée pour sortir du lit. Très déçue de cet hébergement.J'espere que mon commentaire va servir à quelque chose.Je suis très satisfaite des autres hebergements pris avec booking.com

Handy location near Lake Louise and clean room with access to a large kitchen.
No air con in the room (it was a hot day and night and we had to have the window open to cool the room down a little.

Location only
No shower in the room. Shared shower did not have soap (empty). No hand towel in the toilet room. No cup for tooth brush. Basically nothing but bed in the room.

Very friendly staff and very good restaurant on location. Bus stop for the Bus to Lake Louise directly in front of the door and plenty of parking spaces. Large lounging area and quick Wifi.
Room was a bit cramped and the train passes quite close, so sleeping with the window open is not advisable.

The property is located on the edge of town and quiet at night. Perfectly suited to a relaxing getaway. The communal kitchen with fridge and freezer are fantastic, and there are heaps of new friends to be made! The train line is nearby but it isn’t a real problem at the train usually travels quite slowly and the locomotives pass reasonably quickly. This minor drawback is more than compensated by the many other advantages!

Cross-country skiing was great -- nice trackset trails :)
Anytime we stay in that room (original building, second floor, last room on the right as you go up the stairs from main reception) we bring our own camping mats and sleep on the floor. The mattress in that room is decades old (we have been going to HI LLouise for over 30 years so we know the room). LLouise staff: Try the mattress for yourself, then go to the room next door (the one you share a washroom with). The twin beds in that room have new mattresses .. what a difference!
