Within walking distance of the Opera house, nightlife, restaraunts, shopping. Staff are so friendly and accomodating.

The hotel location was really good. Front desk staff was very friendly and many spoke good English. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious! The breakfast was amazing- definitely recommend adding. What stands out the most were bellmen’s: Chau Binh, Nam and Toam who were wonderful staff members of this hotel! They were extremely helpful and great to speak with. Their disposition were always warm and welcoming even after working long shifts. It was great to have so many convenience stores surrounding the hotel. GRAB - was easy to use around town! Very inexpensive way to get around.

Great location. Walkable, great customer service by the front desk team. The breakfast buffet is very good, large and diverse. The food and beverage staff and especially the F & B manager were incredible. Was greeted with a complimentary afternoon tea for the family. Great base to explore the city and region.
An few area that could use attention: Maintainance & disclosing fees
The room had multiple defects. Faulty tea kettle (replaced), clogged sinks (temporarily fixed but recurring), and a non responsive cleaning crew (the guest had to ask multiple times for a room cleaning). Several outlets have no power in the room and the remaining outlets are severly worn so that most plugs fall out when placed in the recpetacle. The internet, hot water, and AC were lacking. Book a room away from the back alley, extremely loud noises were heard late into the night and fouls smells are present as well.
Extra fee imposed at check in which was not disclosed. Additional ones were attempted at check out.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The gate is impressive and luxurious. The rooms are spacious, but the toilet bowl is square, which is probably due to cultural differences.

Rooms functional but on the smallish side (family room). Breakfast menu and quality is standard and a bit rushed as it closes early (9:30 am).
Restaurants in the area are mostly Japanese and Korean cuisine. Location is good and within walking distance of places of interest, including nightlife which is quite vibrant.

The property is centrally located and convenient to access restaurants and sites, staff is friendly and helpfull, the breakfast buffet offers a good selection catering for all tastes, the swimming pool is small with very limited lounge space, the rooms are basic, windows facing walls opposite

The common areas were fine. However, the rooms were just depressing. It was very hot in the room. The toilet seat was broken and the beds were rock hard. You get what you pay for here.

We stayed with 2 kids and 2 adults. The room design/size was perfect. central location to walk around town and explore HCM. I loved the greenery. Breakfast buffet was also good for kids and the pool (while small) was well maintained and safe on the 12th floor.

Upscale hotel just outside the buzzing center of Sai Gon. Very good location and everything in walking distance. Room was clean, breakfast excellent and a small pool at the rooftop. Could use some more sunbeds to accommodate more guests.

Family with 2kids we booked to stay there as it’s near all the shopping centre and convenient. Didn’t realised but it’s Japanese town and lots of bars & massages shops around. Don’t think it’s a good area for family. The hotel and staff is great and very helpful.

Looks good outside of hotel and lobby,, rooms are small and old ,, don’t let the picture cheat it you , in Vietnam have to look at hotel Tito decide it, don’t trust the picture,,

This hotel is located in a quiet street. The front desk staffs are very friendly and speak perfect English. The room designs nice. The breakfast has various options. Highly recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Paragon. It has been updated very nicely and our room was very comfortable. The A/C worked great and the bed was firm and good. (The King bed is two twins put together.). The staff was great! They helped with everything. And we’re super friendly! The daily breakfast was very good with many options and an omelette station as when as a hot soup/noodle station. The location is good and is walking distance to Opera Hall, Post Office, Grand Market, Zoo, River, and more. If we come back to HCM, we will book the Paragon again!

I stayed 7 nights and few days rusty water came out during the shower ..... and WIFI is weak... and room is not clean ...

Whenever I take a shower, all bathroom is flooded even I used shower curtain.

This was a really nice hotel for a 4*. Much better than a 5* we had stayed in previously in Bangkok. Room seemed recently refurbished and the one morning we did have breakfast we were impressed with the quality and variety on offer. The location is ideal if you want to be within walking distance to the main attractions of HCMC but away from the noisy nightlife area (this is still within walking distance). Considering it’s a rooftop pool in the city it was still pleasant and well maintained. Could do with some more loungers but there isn’t much space. Would highly recommend staying here and we would return if ever staying in HCMC again. A bonus was some chocolates delivered to our room every day which were greatly received!
