Really bad WiFi

The location was amazing, We couldn’t have wished for a better spot! The only downsides were the fact that you can hear people constantly through the walls next to you and above you and outside the entry door. Also the shower was extremely tiny but other than that we had a great time and would likely stay again.

a really nice hotel and location, and really nice staff who are smiling and provide good service, and the most wonderful breakfast. should have more stars than it has. here you will live now that you are in Chania

Balcony last floor has an amazing view.

We had one night stay at the hotel. Room with balcony and sea view. So nice little hotel and friendly staff. Good breakfast served. Cood location in the heart of Hania.

Very noisy, small rooms, difficult bathroom appliances but quite clean

Great location, beautiful view. We booked an oceanfront room with a small balcony - room overlooked the harbor in the middle of Old Town Chania. Room came with a good breakfast with yogurt with honey, coffee or tea, cheese and sweet custard filled pastries that were called "donuts" :). Room was large, bed was comfortable, wi-fi was good, and air conditioning worked well. I recommend upgrading to the oceanfront room. Only negative was the quirky tub/shower which was a small sit-in half bath.

Upon arrival we learned that the old town of Chania does not allow any vehicles. You have to park outside old town and wheel your luggage along the water way to this hotel which faces the harbor. Our room was on first floor and had balcony overlook the harbor. The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was very small and only had a tiny, tiny adequate shower. The noise level at night with the windows and air conditioner could be a disturbance to some. Recommending the upper floor harbor view room. However, the location and views from the room were amazing which made up for bathroom size and street noise. We enjoyed relaxing away from the street on our balcony, the convenience of the location and access to everything. It is after all in the Old Town.

It is a 3 star with a five star view and location.

Location, Location, Location..

We had wonderful holiday in Lucia. We had car so were driving every day and night time in Chania. Fantastic location. Unforgetable memories from Chania and hotel`s balcony

While the room was sparce, it was comfortable. The million dollar view and the location were outstanding!

The bed was not very confortable. The room was big and with a magnific view and a really good location.

Very pleased with the hotel. Brilliant location. Staff were friendly and helpful.Would stay there again.

nice hotel.only one con - they wouldnt change our towel after taking it out of the hotel (apparently, there is a house rule, forbidding taking towels outside of the hotel, to the beach. we didnt know about it)

Great location, but rooms were very noisy and we could hear every wor that was spoken in the rooms next to us and were unable to sleep when their tv was on. Beds were very hard and lumpy and shower needed a curtain, every time we showered the bathroom would flood There for 8 nights and never really felt too welcome by owners/staff. But for the price we paid it was pretty good.

great location, great view, right in the heart of the port, shopping districts, bars, restaurants.

Our hotel room was 'tired' and shabby. The window opened on to a narrow street of restaurant's, bars etc which made it quite noisey of a night time. The shower had no enclosure so made the toilet and wash area soaking wet and the tiled floor slippery. We asked to change rooms, but apparently they were fully booked!
