It was fantastic! The place was extremely clean and the hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing and lots to choose from, definitely recommend this place!

The bed and breakfast was very warm and welcoming, the owners were very good at attention to detail. The breakfast was perfect and a good choice, the best poached eggs I have ever tasted, the selection of fruit was fresh and varied. Over all I was very pleased and will definitely be staying there again.

A fabulous, last minute, escape to the Isle of Wight saw us book The Fawley. We were not disappointed and would highly recommend - the location, the hospitality, cleanliness and breakfasts were top rate and will definitely be heading back. Thank you so much!

Just stayed 3 nights with son ..Lovely small guest house..clean well equipped room and bathroom.. super friendly owners who accomadated for me to check in slightly early.. fab breakfast and selection . .very good location.. cannot fault in any way..would definitely return..

Friendly and courteous staff. Good vegetarian breakfast and fresh fruit. Could have done with a fan in the room or air conditioner.

The owners were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was a pleasant atmosphere. Well placed for station, beach and town.

We had a lovely time on the Isle of Wright it made it even better with the stay at the B+B we were made very welcome. I would definitely recommend it. It was right near the beach too x

We have stayed at this hotel for two nights . It is well maintained and very clean. One of the best locations in Shanklin to stay . Very near to the beach. Hotel Owner and staffs are really helpful. Would love to visit again.

Used the hotel for the first time as I was on business on the island. Hotel staff were friendly and could not do enough for me. The hotel itself is kept to a high standard, the room was clean, comfortable with modern décor. Business facilities such a internet were good to very good offering good connection speeds in my room without dropping out all the time which happens at the Premier Inn unless you purchase the ultimate WiFi package. The hotel is situated within walking distance to Restaurants providing both English and Chinese cuisine. Breakfast was excellent freshly prepared with plenty of toast tea and coffees as you required. All said with the cost of the stay its nothing more than excellent value for money whether you go for work or pleasure. I will be returning with my family next time I travel to the island.

We booked at short notice and got the family room which is sort of connecting rooms (with a tv in each) ..kiddos loved that ....and allowed us time to sort out day trip clothing and stuff. The room is 2nd floor so not ideal for little children or heavy bags but is appointed to a very high and tasteful standard with an excellent bathroom. The hosts were very accommodating of our "extra" little person and are excellent hosts and breakfasts were just perfect for us and our children. i wold definitely recommend the Fawley and would consider using again if we find ourselves heading that way Scott

Well appointed (being close to the Esplanade), so ideal for that morning walk along the sea front. Our accommodation was surprisingly good having undergone a recent major high quality refurbishment. Slight lack of water pressure when taking a shower at peak times, but that did not detract from an extremely enjoyable stay. Would certainly re-book if contemplating a return to the IOW.
