Rooms were very spacious and nice.

The indoor pool was cold as cold can be. It was about 50 degrees and rainy outside. Was hoping the indoor pool would have been warmer than it was outside.

Drove up to the front and was to scared to get out of the car. 25 to 30 men were hanging out with young girls. No lights in parking lot.

Great inexpensive hotel in Waco. I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be so great since it was so cheap, but it was actually lovely. Room was huge and clean, staff was great, and the property was in good shape. There were a few small issues, such as the towel rack by the sink falling off and in-room coffee being terrible, but neither made any real difference. Breakfast was great except the scrambled eggs, but that’s often the case in smaller hotels with instant eggs. There was a bit of road noise, but that’s also not uncommon near a busy highway, and it wasn’t bad enough to affect my sleep at all. Overall I’d highly recommend it.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and a very reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and fresh, with several options available. My only issue was that our remote would not control the tv. We tried all the problem solving ideas the front desk gave us, but it still would not work.

The staff was very wonderful! The room was very nice and clean, and although the website said that it was soundproof, we could hear our neighbors upstairs. However, that wasnt much of an issue! All in all, it was just what we needed.

From the very beginning the hotel concierge was not helpful. I had to be dropped off at my hotel and asked her if it would be anyway possible to check in early. She said no that I could wait in the lobby. Once she did check me in, she checked me into a room that ac unit did not work. I waited until about 9 pm to see if maybe it would ever get cold before heading downstairs to report the issue. The bathroom tub was very dirty. Stink like dogs. Did not feel clean.
Come morning time complimentary breakfast did not have variety of fruit. The breads were not wrapped individually offering a little donut biscuit. For what I paid for my stay at this location, should have offered more hospitality

Nice large rooms and clean. Unfortunately one of elevators was not working; because of the long wait we often ended up taking the stairs. Not environmentally friendly. Styrofoam cups everywhere.

The hotel was just ok. The room had a weird smell along with the sheets. Unfortunately our choices were limited on where to stay traveling with our dogs and a quick decision to head out of town that evening.

We had requested a room with a king size bed, and was given 2 queen size beds. When I told the front desk that I had been given the wrong room, she said that they were full and overbooked and someone else had received my room. I was not happy and asked why this happened. I was told that unfortunately there was nothing that could be done about it. The next morning, the General Manager was working and she offered for us to move. I told her no, I wasn’t going to do that because all of our things were in place in the room, and we had already spent a night there.

The room had minimal lights so it was dark. We found a cockroach in the kitchen area of the room. The lobby was semi clean but has worn out furniture.

Good overall stay. Could have been better with some fresh towels and shampoo and conditioner. Overall the property was nice.

Norma had no problem accommodating us for Early Check-In at 7:00 am instead of 3:00m pm - she felt bad about charging me a $35 fee, but we did not mind as we drove all day & night from Las Cruces to Waco and needed to rest /sleep. We liked the amount of space the room provided.

We've stayed here before 3 years ago and the room was very nice and new. I was disappointed this time around to see that our room had a terrible smell and the sofa cushions looked old and dirty. The trim in the bathroom was falling apart too. Bed was good and breakfast was not bad but I don't know if I'd like to stay here again. Location was close to the Silos and other areas of interest which was a plus.

Let me start by saying, overall, this was a good/decent stay. We needed a hotel that close to the stadium, on game day, that didn’t cost an arm and leg. So with that, you get what you pay for. The general manager who checked us in was so sweet and kind and the process was very easy. The lobby and general areas were very clean and smelled like cleaning supplies. Our room was ok as well. But…there were a few things that terribly bothered me. There were dead bugs in our bathroom light and the duvet cover looked like a dog ate it. These are simple things that could easily be fixed and need to be immediately. Otherwise, this stay was fine. Located in a good spot and overall nice.

The beds were comfortable. However, the only reason we booked this hotel was because we wanted a working treadmill and the ability to get Hallmark on TV. We were told before we booked that the treadmill WA working, but upon arrival it was not and they knew nothing about the TV channels. Very disappointing!
