It was great from start to finish. We wanted to stay in the heart of the Arts District for a First Friday celebration and the Fairfield did not disappoint. We stepped out into a thriving celebration,with bustling street and great art.
The hotel was great with very nice rooms, tremendous breakfast and friendly staff.
We will be back.

The parking fee was a little high but everything else about this hotel was great. The location is good, the parking garage is very easily accessible and staff was super friendly. The room amenities were great too, there was a microwave, fridge, and a huge tv. 10/10 will definitely return

We were in town for a concert at Cain’s Ballroom, and the proximity couldn’t have been more perfect. Literally a 4 min walk from the hotel. And loads of great dining options all around. The hotel was clean, updated, and suited us perfectly. Would recommend.

Nice hotel in the historic part of Tulsa. Walking distance to the Saturn Room which is why we picked it. Clean and quiet, we got some nice sleep.

The place was nice, for a sub Mariott, but the smells down hallways on 3rd floor reminded me of my grandfathers stuffy house. Air the halls sometime? febreeze?
Its not that old of a building yet had a 1960s flavor in need of a cigar.
The bed was clean and cozy but the a/c was just enough not to die of heat. it was ok for cool air, but the fan on high was... low and weak.
It was late getting in so i didnt care to switch rooms. the folks above us stomped around for an hour or so as we tried to sleep. Maybe a broom stick could be in order..
overall for the price and location, this place should have some better standards.. the carpet felt funky to walk on so my sandals stayed on for safety.
Some more pillows would have been nice, with cooler room but it beats sleeping on a park bench.

The location of the Fairfield is awesome; it's within easy walking distance of Cain's ballroom, the Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie Centers, numerous dining options and a great tiki bar (the Saturn Room). The people at the counter at check-in were super friendly and helpful with suggestions (tiki bar!). The parking was easy.

We chose this hotel because it is very close to the venue we were going to. Many dining options within walking distance. Parking is easy and accessible. The security to get in is a big bonus. Check-in was very fast and easy, the gentleman at the desk was friendly and polite. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We heard a few footsteps overhead but it did not affect our stay. The bed was a little more firm than ours, but we slept well. Breakfast had many options for all preferences. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

We were in town for a show at Cain's and could not have picked a better location. It's a super easy stroll to the venue with numerous dining options. Only wish we'd come a day early to hit some of the museums and other art district spots that weren't open on Sunday and Monday. Staff was friendly, room and common areas were clean. The lighting was a little dim in the bathroom, but super trivial goven the pros.

Room was fine other than it's not very sound proof. During the day, you hear lots of doors slamming. Bed is very comfy. Some of the bedding had ladies' make-up on it, so that was not a pleasant surprise (foundation and lipstick). Otherwise, room was clean. Staff at check in were friendly. The entry into hotel is a little baffling. Doors on street level are seemingly locked (check-in on 2nd level) and your room key has to be used for the elevator, the parking garage, first floor entry, and frankly, found that to be a hassle, but with location being downtown, guess it's necessary or otherwise, homeless people would be trying to get in.
