There are 3 apartments, we had #2, and it was worn down. Not sure about the other 2. The 3 apartments were once one apartment that is now divided into 3.
Cleaning stuff is doing a good job, but the apartment condition isn't great.
There is no parking included / on site. There is some street parking, but it's not all free, and it has restrictions.

A family of four stayed for the night. the place was borderline clean, there were stains all over the sofa bed while applying the bed sheets
It wasnt clear apartment is at floor 7, i would recommend the place for a quick night sleep for young people

The property was well positioned and the accomodations for the price seemed fair. The seventh floor location without a functioning lift was definitely a detraction.

Clean and safe place to stay during visit to Eilat. Only a few minutes walk to the center and the beach.

The apartment is comfortable and in good conditions. 3 A/C and big bathroom. We had cleaning issues - after declaring those we got a visit of a cleaning women with a manager to our door to resolve everything with full set of sheets. Good response !

The property made no attempt to contact us with this information via Expedia before our arrival. The property is in a not so great building , for example the elevator is filled with graffiti. On arrival the beds had no sheets, there were only enough linens in the room to make up one bed. Finally the listed number to contact the property given on Expedia goes to a property manager which does not pick up the phone despite numerous attempts. The property itself is part of a duplex in which you can hear everything that is going on the the adjacent rooms.

First, this is not a hotel. A bunch of apartments in different residential buildings. We did not know that. When we arrived to the address listed on confirmation, found out that it was a private house and the owner extremely angry with strangers constantly knocking on her door trying to check-in. We tried to call the phone # on confirmation, but couldn't get through for 2+ hours. Imagine our frustration, arriving late at night and staying with suitcases in the street trying to figure out next step. Once we finally got through on the phone, we didn't even get an apology!

Very hard to get in contact with the person in charge for check in/check out. If you are trying to check-in before hand or drop your stuff off in a secure location in the building, good luck!

So we had been staying outside at +40 degrees trying to reach them out for 40 minutes. I called to Expedia and they could not reach this copmany either. And when they eventually answered the phone and advised the details, the porch turned out to be smelly and dirty. The apartments themselves were ok, however air conditioning was poor. And no one offered us any kind of compensation. So I ultimately demand compensation for the inconvenience this company brought to my friends and me.

This was shockingly bad. Booking on Hotels.com we thought we would be getting at the very least a professionally managed property. We arrived at what looked to be housing projects, complete with trash, graffiti, drunk loiterers, broken lights, and filth. The elevator was beat up, damaged and so dirty we tried to use our sleeves and elbows to operate it. It smelled like something was smoking inside the elevator - and probably was because it was out of service the next morning. There was no one to meet us at the apartment, they key was left in one of a dozen storage closets in the main hallway that had inches of dirt and filth, wads of hair and God knows what else. Inside, while the decor wasnt bad, I could have done without the curly hairs on our bedsheets. And the only sea view is if you stand at one window, twist your head and look about 3 miles away. This was worse than a joke, and not something I would expect from Hotels.com

A great value for money. Not big but great location, minutes walk from everywhere in Eilat. the room is clean and tidy. Great solution for people travelling on a budget. The contact man was very helpful and dedicated.

They have apartments in different places in the city, so you don't know where it will be... We got an apartment in a residential area (Lev Eilat), 3 minutes drive from the center and beach. There was a free parking, supermarket nearby, the room was clean. To get the room, you call them and wait for them to arrive (~15 minutes). The staff are helpful and friendly.
Good price and value, great place for a clean bed and a hot shower. TV, AC and Wifi, kitchen with fridge and all you need for cooking.
"Luxury" rooms means bigger rooms (we also had a balcony without view).

Checking in was a little tricky. Being from out of country I didn't have a local number as this hotel needs to be called when you arrive and they meet you at the apartment. However I found Wi-Fi and emailed them and they were very fast at responding. So it all worked out.

Definitely great value for money.The building its in looks terrible, but once you open the door, its like another world...The room was very clean, the beds were good, and the WiFi worked great.

Elevator is scary bad. It is not a hotel. The description should be better and prepare you for what you are getting. The price was great, it had a grocery store across the street and it was handy to walk downtown from it. Just was surprised by what it is. Not a hotel at all.
