Close to a great Mall. Reception is more strict than most other hotels I’ve been to. For those People complaining about hotel, we get what we pay for. The shower was pretty satisfying though.

Decent location to stay in. But the part that had my room, does not have any lift. So I need to carry my heavy luggage to 3rd floor. Room was decent and clean. It has refrigerator, but no microwave. Air conditioner was very weak. It needs 10 min to cool down. There were number of places to eat, agent, shops around the hotel. Big shopping mall is near walking distance. Also there is a grocery/fish market food market within 7~10 min of walking. I booked the hotel knowing that they have breakfast included but turns out that it was not. Not sure whose fault was that.

I booked the hotel as it said it had parking - it did not.
Even the 'welcome email' said I would be told about the parking on arrival - on arrival I was told there was no parking.
I thought breakfast was included - it was not.
The photos on the listing show a good condition room that appears to be a decent size. The room was small, the 'kitchen' had chunks out of the work surface and most of the cupboard doors were falling off. There was a condom packet left in the room in one of the kitchen cupboards.
Impressive? No.
Quality? No.
What I booked and paid for? No.

It's cheap, the air conditioning works well, and the shower has hot water, so it's a good hotel for solo travelers.

Picture is not what you have, picture probably from 10-15 years. Very hard bed almost impossible to sleep. Old furniture. Shower water goes directly on the toilet seat.

Very nice quiet little hotel a five minute walk from Bangla. Pool on the roof is small but not very busy, a lot of time I had it all to myself which was very nice. I felt very safe as a female solo traveler. Rooms toward the street slightly more noisy than if your room is toward the alleyway, but overall calm and quiet. Internet was good enough so that I could work remotely. Staff in the restaurant on ground floor was super nice, made me feel very well taken care of. They didn’t mind if I brought my laptop and worked off their slightly better WiFi either which I appreciated.

It's a difficult review for me.....I had just come from a quiet town, and a 4* hotel.......this was neither of them. It's a busy, noisy city......but that's not a bad thing. The hotel was adequate. Was clean enough, staff were nice. Food was good. Hotel isn't brand new so looks it's age a little......but, I can't fault it. All staff are friendly and willing to help!

Staff was friendly. Ok for price and location for short walks to bazaan market and bangla and beach. They did clean well.
The downsides-
1- beds are very hard And older stained sheets. But very big beds
2- bathroom was tiny, so showering whole bathroom gets wet.
3- patio door doesn’t lock
4- small bugs in bathroom or floors from time to time.
5-pool area was dirty and not kept up on. Only reason I switched to this hotel was for pool… looked nothing like photos. Old in shambles… would’ve been easy for staff to keep that area clean and organized.
5- elevator not working but I knew that so was ok with it.

The young new resevation counter staff very poor work attitute. I wish him good morning. He did not reply. Never smile. After he check, paid him deposit. He just put the key on on the counter table and sit down. Never said welcome & how to our room. Still Never smile. Sour face. The worst resevation counter staff.

Everyone at hotel was fantastic, except young boy at checkout. I gave him his hotel key back and he refused to give me my 500 baht back because I didn’t have receipt. It was on the counter of my room and when maids cleaned it was probably thrown away accidentally.
It’s not the 500 baht that matters to me. It’s the principle of I gave 500 baht for a key deposit and when I checked out, I gave him the key back and he refused to give me the money back.
I will not be staying there again. Up until then, I enjoyed it, but I refuse to accept this type of behavior.

Hotel had nothing to do with the photo they showed on the website the rooms were disgusting were in a different building where we had to cross the bridge so I cancelled my stay after I saw the real conditions so do not advise anyone to stay here They need to change their photos on their website

Good friendly staff, room was large and tidy however I was not happy with the bathroom it used to get flooded when I took a shower. The plumbing needs to be fixed.

Who wants to stay near Jungceylon in budget, it is good for them. If proper ventilation added in toilets then it would be one of the best in Patong

Hotel was nice, restaurant lovely. very good for the price. Only complaints are that the pool upstairs is always crowded and long wait to get a lounger, also, the hotel is super far from the main places in pa tong. Probably about 20 min walk which is a lot on a boiling hot day.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly. The rooftop pool was amazing and very quiet. The only concern was the noise at night due to the location.

Very nice hotel. Looks new! Had a room with kitchen. Nice bright room, fair size with small balcony. Staff very friendly, always smiling and saying hello. Good priced restaurant at the hotel. Would definitely stay again when in Patong. Only stayed one night and found no faults. Would stay longer next time for sure

I stayed in Hallo Patong Hotel for 10 days. It’s a 3 star hotel, which have a really good value for the money you pay. The beach is 15 minutes, Bangla road is 10 minutes away. There is a huge shopping center just a few hundred meters away. 7/11 supermarkets just next door. It has Amazing and helpful staff, great vibes and always smiley. Huge special thanks for SMILE, CUM and SIM!!!!! Great staff, keep up the great job!

This is a Gem of a hotel!!I have been to Patong 15 times & this is my first time staying @ Hallo Patong & it wont be my last.From the time I checked in to the time I checked out the staff were so friendly & helpful.It is walking distance to most amenities & 10 minute walk to the beach but with a nice little roof top pool the beach wasnt required.I would recommend this hotel to anybody!!!

Was ok. Got a different room than what we had booked. Our bed was seperate (2 singles) amd when we asked for it to be changed reception said theyll do it in the morning and have no other rooms available. So next day, the beds were pushed together which was super uneven. The beds in general are terrible, sleep on the springs. Shower pressure is great, nice variety of breakfast, good wifi and the rooftop pool is nice. Would recommend if you want to stay cheap but want to get away from hostels/backpackers.

The room condition isn't as what been seen from the hotel booking website. The furnitures & fixtures is a bit old. However the location is good as it's near to major attractions at Patong Beach.
