My family and I stayed at this hotel during our last visit to the Philippines, totaling 10 days—five at the beginning and five at the end of our trip. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the food is excellent.
However, what truly made us return after our tours in the Philippines was the exceptional staff. From the front desk to the bellman, to the housekeeping staff, everyone was outstanding. Their hospitality was unparalleled. I highly recommend this hotel, and when I return to the Philippines, this will be my go-to place in Quezon City.

Polite people but need to be trained! Room service : most of the food in the menu not available! Food quality average! Housekeeping service to be improved! Lobby very impressive! Maintenance of the rooms pretty shabby
