I like the central Location to activities I am interested in for the price. The hotel staff is always courteous and accommodating. What i didn’t like is the breakfast selection has gone down since my last visit.

We loved the rooftop pool. We spent hours in the pool looking at the city. The room was also very nice but it did take a while for the Aircon to kick in. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The restaurant also has vegan options. Organising transport to and from Saigon Airport was also very easy through the hotel.

It was nice, clean, and good breakfast. Closed to almost everything especially Ben Thanh market. The AC was too loud especially at night time.

The hotel is going through renovations and rooms need a little more work.

My room and bathroom were totally five star. But the coolest thing was the rooftop. It wound around through two bars, a hot tub, a swimming pool, and a garden. There was also an area with a plexiglass fence where you could sit and look down at the city.

The staff is okay not friendly as such. Also the Aircon was not working all night so they changed my Aircone in the middle of the night which was the disturbing part the food was the breakfast have decent options.

AC in my room was old and dirty and not function well.

Rooms are beat. I have been to Saigon many times it was the worst by far. Bell boy commented on that I have 2 phones so I am a rich guy. Bad start. Rooms are old and beat and small. Have to walk through dining room access elevator because of renovations. Just a weird experience. Nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com

All staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Special mention to Mike (An) on reception who saved my life when having to change flights to Bangkok. 🙏 Roof top pool, spa and eating has plenty shade and is set out in several areas so more intimate feel. 👏 Would happily return. 👍

Good points: the room, the breakfast, airport pickup driver was really helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for the area, the location is great, the lobby is nice, rooftop terrace is nice. Areas that could be improved on: some front desk staff lacks training. It took way too long to check in because they said our reservation was not in their system. Although I had been corresponding with the hotel the day before to arrange for airport pick up and they confirmed we are guests of the hotel so I don't understand how our reservation was not there when we were checking in? No apologies or explanations why they couldn't find our reservation. But miraculously after an hour they found it. Some of the front desk staff we encountered weren't very friendly. I didn't expect over the top cheeriness but a smile wouldn't have hurt. So as much as we liked most of the things about the hotel, due to our personal experiences with some of the staff (and our observations with how the same staff member interacted with other guests - she was very rude to the other guests), we would not stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Great breakfast and location. There are cheaper hotel options nearby but this one is very good value for its slightly higher cost. I would definitely stay here again.

From the airport pick up by Phuong, organised through the hotel to Tin and Lauren from reception and the staff in the restaurant, bar and luggage handlers, the staff are amazing, kind helpful and friendly. The property has 2 or 3 sections to it and facilities are great. Its located in District 1 close to everything! Although the only room available was a twin room which was quite small with a window with no view the staff put our beds together and the place was so clean! The free breakfast is fantastic and they gave us free drink vouchers and a free meal in the,restaurant. Couldnt have asked for more!! Thank you fir naking our stay in Ho Chi Min so special. Too noisy

Beautiful hotel in a great location - staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Loved the self-service pho station at breakfast! Breakfast in general was delicious. Views from rooftop bar and pool amazing. Thank you!

Nice hotel, clean and pretty decent facilities. The pool area was pretty good, but a shame it was treated like a nightclub in the middle or the day. You couldn't sit up there and lounge and chill much. Too loud music to listen to your own with headphones, or read, or even talk at times. The restaurant need to reduce it's use of single-use plastics. There is no need to put plastic straws in a glas of water. People can drink without straws! And the plastic toothpicks holding a sandwich together - why not wooden toothpicks? At breakfast, cheese slices were Individually wrapped in plastic. I'd go back to this hotel, but not to spend time other than in the room.

Amazing staff in all areas looked after our needs and nothing was too hard for them to help with. From taxi to tours it was all easily taken care of. Door Staff even helped us translate and understand the cash in a taxi. Massage (only) was a daily for us as well and we were loving it. Great way to start or end the day. These aussies will be back for sure.

I had a wonderful stay here. The breakfasts were great with good variety. I was upgraded to a window room and it was lovely; clean, big bed and amenities. The foot massages were amazing and I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and spa.

We spent two nights here after ariving from a few days in Singapore, from getting out the taxi to getting to the room the staff were so helpful. Yhe room was very spacious with a big bed and annd well sized bathroom. The location is excellent, only walking distance to most attractions and best of all the food market is only a couple of minutes walk away.
