It was quiet and very comfortable

Check-in was good. Room was comfy, bed comfortable. bathroom clean/good BUT the carpet was horribly dirty and had multiple very obvious stains. The drawer fronts on the chest were broken & there some damages(shades). I certainly hope the people that broke the furniture were held accountable.

I reserved a room with a kitchen because I fully intended to use it. There are no utensils or pans to use. The cabinets are all completely empty. Just dumb!

Carpet is filthy dirty. There was no shower curtain in the room and the tub drained very very slow

Clean rooms, but old and worn out. No breakfast as advertised NOT even coffee

You can have an amazing property and if it isn’t cleaned, or they have ‘run out’ of many of the things they offer, things are have done like no shower curtain or blanket and it effects the stay. You can also have a dated older property but the cleanliness is amazing, staff are friendly and they got above and beyond to make your stay a home away from home as much as possible. This property is very beautiful, the rooms are amazing, I’d say the best I’ve stayed in for some time but I cannot in good conscience give this place a full 5 star because of how poorly the rooms were kept. The counters were sticky and you could clearly see they weren’t wiped down, I had to call down and ask for a shower curtain and the gal said she found one left and I can come down to get it. We had a sheet an thin fleece blanket, crumbs and trash littered the sofa bed, the door handles and light switches were clearly not wiped in a long time. There was a brown splotch behind the toilet seat, it just was disappointing how unclean it was. The tubs were amazing! I absolutely loved how big they were, I liked the ice maker in the freezer but it did take a long time to get a little big of ice, and do not get me started on the carpet, a little vacuuming wouldn’t hurt. Overall a BEAUTIFUL property it just needs more attention to detail.

Room and staff were great. No real breakfast- grab and go. Ice machine would have been nice as our refrigerator did not have an ice maker. Room was very comfortable and would consider staying here again.

Do not stay at this hotel. They will not honor your reservations during busy season (Minot State Fair). I made group reservations for my retirement ceremony and they sold my family’s room and had to find a room for that late at night. Luckily we found one. Also, some of the staff are allowed to have their kids at work with them but are behind the front desk. I don’t believe this gives off a professional first impression of the place. Everyone but Tori and Amber were rude and not accommodating. Oh and they ran out of extra pillows and blankets. We asked on 2 separate occasions and both times they were out. None of the kitchenettes had nor offered plates, silverware, coffee machine, or pots and pans. Will never stay again
