The front staff in the morning at check out was very sweet and helpfull!!

Stayed for 1 night and was very impressed with the layout of the room. Lots of space for our family of 4. We will definitely be back.

Lovely gym and pool area! Room cleanliness could be better as well Queen beds were actually doubles ( that was disappointing) staff were friendly and common areas very clean!

The representative that checked us in wiped his face with his shirt to remove his sweat. I don’t understand the rating other visitors have given. The hotel entrance smells really bad. The hotel is dingy, lots of stains on the floors and our room had a sofa that was stained and our chair had crumbs all over from the previous guest. The breakfast staff on duty was groaning and crabby about replacing the pancake batter. Go somewhere else.

Cleaning staff are a bit too loud in the morning. Woke us up. Otherwise staff were very nice.

They were kind to not charge us for a night when our flight got canceled. We tried to notify them we wanted service for the room but no one was at the front desk when we left for the day. When we got back we begged for toilet paper and Kleenex. Asked for Clean towels but didn’t get them. Shower was moldy. Hotel is worn.

Nice big rooms with a great pool area and breakfast. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.

Bit of a musty smell and pool was extremely salty but overall ok in a pinch.

Story: We went down on Thursday (yesterday) booked our hotel on Expedia as we have done dozens of times before)! Arrived at the hotel just before 3 for what is a usual check in time. Went to the desk and they advised us that their check in time is 4. Okay no worries, we’re early. “Is there any way we can check iiiinnn early”? I ask. “No, your room is still dirty and needs to be cleaned”. Says the lady at the desk. “Pardon…” I say. We are meant to check in in an hour can it be dirty”? Me. Her””: “Well on our system it still needs to be cleaned and then checked”. Okay, well I guess we will come back. We go get some late lunch and head back around 5:45. Me at the desk: hey, there we are back to check in”! Them: sorry, your room is still not ready. Me: umm what!? I have 3 kids in the car who have just been travelling and now this is unacceptable. Them: “ well we are short staffed… Me: sorry to say but that’s not really my issue… We get into our room 15 mins later. Friday: Today was the worst. We eat bfast fine. We head back to our room and the key won’t work. They already don’t like us because we called them out on their poor service. My aunt stands and waits at the desk for about 10 mins, un acknowledged by the same girl I dealt with the day before. After another 5 mins I walk down the hall and ask for some help or a manager. The girl IS helping another guest but by this point I’m over it. The manager comes out and asks what the issue is. I tell her about what happened …

Helpful staff, excellent room and comfortable beds.

We originally booked for one night, but because we want to explore fargo more and we liked this hotel, we booked another night. Checking in and checking out is a breeze.They have a delicious spread for breakfast and room was clean and spacious. This hotel will definitely our go-to place whenever we would visit fargo.

Loved the breakfast hours going a bit later as well as the noon checkout. I could drive to the hospital to see my Dad and still make it back for a bit to eat and gave me a bit extra time to check out. Will stay there again when in town.

I had a very spacious room but the cleanliness was not good. There was poop on the wall behind the toilet (disgusting), full handprints on the mirror (easily remedied with a swipe of cloth and windex), pubic hairs around the toilet when lifting seat, and black smudges on (clean) washcloths. These issues would be easy to fix if housekeeping would look better while cleaning/laundering. Also, there was mud and chunks of mud everywhere on the mats coming into the hotel and also in the lobby of the hotel and floor in elevator. When brought to the attention of front desk staff, she just said "yeah, that's from the construction guys who stay with us" ok, but what about your other guests??
