Excellent. Great location just had 1 night so we didnt have to drive home. Made a lovely change so I intend to go more often

Basic room up lots of stairs but quite comfy with nice bathroom and good breakfast in the morning. Check in/ out bit confusing. Had to go into pub to check in but when leaving couldn't find anyone as bar and dining room both locked. Need a box downstairs to deposit room keys into on check out. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable room, great walk in shower. Very helpful staff, helped with questions about where to eat. Lovely breakfast.

Very nice people. Very convenient opposite the railway station. Within walking distance of most amenities. A taxi rank is 2 doors away for longer journeys. Convenience store next door and a pub attached to the hotel. I don’t need any more than that. Many thanks.

Pleasant stay in very convenient location in centre of Weymouth. We had a family room for three of us (including our nine year old daughter). Accommodation had everything we needed. Nice to have the pub downstairs and we had a good breakfast. Handy with parking permit for local carpark. Would stay again, thank you.

Overall cleaned, English breakfast (no buffet), nice ensuite, WiFi signal was very poor, all most nil. Spring bed mattress was really uncomfortable,

Handy for sea front 2 min walk, but my room was on the 4th (I think) floor so lots of stairs Nice enough stay, but lots of seagull noise & think curtains, so not the best nights sleep ever tbh. Breakfast Ok, but uber bland sausage & very crunchy hash brown , good coffee though !!

Although the bathroom was spotless and the bedroom appeared clean there was a piece of plastic about 2x1cm under the bed which made me wonder whether it had been hoovered. I found the mattress very uncomfortable and could feel the springs - sleep also not helped by loud ticking clock above bed. Check in and breakfast service was good and food tasty however a latest slot of 8.45 on a Sunday morning was too early for breakfast. Central location and near station so very convenient and not too noisy.

The kettle leaked and the shower had a air lock and it wasn’t disabled friend due to all the stairs we had 45 stairs to climb

Great welcome as we were allowed to leave our luggage early and get free parking as we arrived! Great breakfast choice.

Good location - not far away from the beach, shops around, good price, pub next door, free car park 200 meters from the hotel. Highly recomended. I will back in the future

The staff were exceptional. They were gracious, thoughtful and helpful. Very much recommend this place.

There Clifton hotel has an arrangement with a near by car park (large) which is six minutes walk from the hotel. Outside the hotel is a loading bay to drop off luggage and from the pub(functions as the reception) a free parking ticket for the car park could be collected for a ten pound deposit. The room was large and modern, so we did the mistake to open the window when we realised that the bathroom fan did not work. It took us ages to close the window again. Breakfast was included which was a pub standard cooked breakfast and acceptable in quality and portion size. The personnel where very friendly and kind. We enjoyed our stay for one night at the Clifton hotel.

This was the second time we had stayed there and, as before, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the room quiet and comfortable, the hosts charming and the breakfast great. The parking permit for the nearby Radipole car park is a real plus.

Really clean, good size bed, good quality en-suite shower toilet etc. Had a really good stay. We will be back👍
