Beautiful, clean and safe!!

Loved this hotel! The view from our 16th floor room were stunning. Staff friendly and accommodating. The metro is across the street and the cruise port is next door. I will be back!

The property is perfect, breakfast is perfect. The only issue is reception staff is not well trained, regarding documentation, invoicing and etc!

Nice hotel near the cruise terminal

Very nice, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is conveniently located for entry to the cruise terminal. My only complaint is the glass wall to the loo. It’s quite uncomfortable to shower and use the toilet with someone else in the room, and also the glass does not keep light from the loo from lighting the bedroom.

If you’re taking a cruise this is the place to stay!!!!

Extremely close to the Holland America cruise terminal in Rotterdam. Staff is exceptional. Restaurant has a somewhat limited menu, but varied and what we had was quite good. The bedroom is Euro style, meaning modern and clean with some quirks (for US travellers) - all EU power outlets and a semi transparent glass between bedroom and bathroom (let's not be modest). The mattress (king) was too soft for us (seniors). The breakfast was a buffet which was also quite good and varied to meet many tastes. All in all it was a good experience and for those on a Holland America cruise, a short walk to the terminal. The convenience far outweighed any of the noted issues, but hopefully reading this you will appreciate the minor inconveniences versus the benefits. Again, the staff went out of their way to try and accommodate our needs as US centric as they may have been.

Didn’t like that they wanted to charge 60 euros to check in 2 hrs early. When I said I wasn’t paying then suddenly my room wasn’t ready

10 steps from cruise terminal

I was disappointed with a few things during my latest stay. The shower didn't drain well and the room looked and felt battered with damages and dents. The service at Bar 1 was languid at best with the kitchen competing equally to be the slowest around. Staff were pleasant but that can't gloss over the overall drag. It took 3 phone calls, 2 online messages and finally going down to the reception to request some amenities for the room. I get that its busy establishment but when ever I approached the staff they didn't seem busy so I can't quite understand the reasons that may have caused the slow service and the lack of responsiveness to guest requests. You can do better, nhow!

Rooms are large but glasses in bathroom is odd, and would be uncomfortable for some.

Amondi welcomed us at check-in and made us feel immediately at home, found a Skyline View room at a reasonable surcharge, and then very generously invited us to breakfast on the next day! This is our second nhow stay (nhow Frankfurt was wonderful) and we're now true fans. Everyone in the restaurant bar was very friendly and the food and drinks were tasty. We love the design of the Rotterdam nhow with the theme art. We've just now discovered neat details like the built-in TV in the large mirror (reflecting the breathtaking view of the city). Wooden floors, very comfortable bed, great show ... we usually don't like chains but we want to stay at all nhows after this experience.

Amazing hotel, right beside Rotterdam Cruise port! Nice sized modern room.. we had a view of river. Great breakfast on 7th floor with outdoor patio where you can smoke too. Some good eating establishments within 5 min walk. Local transit close by.

Staff were absolutely awesome in assisting us thru some travel problems we had during our trip. Thank you!🥰❤️

Waited for lift 15 min never stoped at our Floor

We had difficulty when we first arrived. We were very early but had requested an early check in. No rooms were available until noon and then we had to pay 59 euros to get a room at noon or sit in the lobby for another 3 hours.

The shower panel is not enough to stop the water and after taking the shower it was flooding everywhere even out of the bathroom like q swimming pool. I had to dry the floor to be able to dry my hair.. heaters can be arranged 3 points hotter or colder what is not enough to warm the room.. I had to ask an electrical heater to be able to take a shower. Breakfast is incredible, of course you must pay extra. The hotel decoration is awesome but the rooms are very simple and basic.

Great location, lovely staff at check in and in the bar! Only problem was the lighting in the room wasn’t great at night otherwise everything was nice

What I didn't like was the opportunity for having a good diner. The restaurant is below average: not so many choices, to loud music.

Overall it is a very good hotel. I liked it. And the staff are great. The two key things which could be improved are- la proper restaurant. You can eat in the bar, but it is not the same. Secondly, the rooms are quite dark. There is plenty of ambient lighting, but not enough. I had to read the instructions for using the in room safe with the aid of the torch on my mobile phone!

Great Hotel, great location, great breakfast....only downside for me was there was not enough light in the room....even with all of the lights on, the light is very dim.
