Checking in was concerning, since I had previously checked in online and had to go through the whole process again at the front desk. However, we were impressed with the friendly and courteous staff, especially Courtney (bellman) who took great care in welcoming us and getting us settled in our room. We had an issue with a leak in our bathroom which management addressed immediately and ensured we were comfortable and happy. Meals and entertainment were great. We really enjoyed our vacation at Azul.

My stay was TERRIBLE. We got to the property at 3pm after a long drive and was looking forward to getting into our rooms to unwind. At checkin, we were told our rooms would be ready in 20 minutes, then 10 minute, didnt get our first room until 5:30, then our second until about 7pm. Our rooms were on the highest floor and there are no elevators on the property to help getting our baby and stroller to our rooms. Had to lift the stroller everytime going up and down. We requested a crib, when it finally came it was this huge monstrosity of of a thing that took up space in the room. We got rid of it!. Towels for the pool were hard to come by, you were lucky if you could get a towel everyday. Service workers were slow and lacking, they have a i dont care attitude. I orderd a pesto panini vegetable sandwich only to have them deliver a panini with no pesto and wilted dryed out lettuce. They staff consistently lied about promises they made to me. I would never go back to this property and would not recommend it to anyone on the planet 🙄 😒 😐

So the property is beautiful and many of the staff were wonderful. However, too many staff lacked the hospitality. Training of staff needs to happen. All customers should be treated respectfully.

The environment was relaxing, the great touch of nature with the plants was just awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to book myself in next weekend. Its the perfect place to unwind, refresh and rebuild.

I jist got hoke from Jamaica. I stayed here at Azul and oh my heavens what a magical place.
1st. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
2. The cleanliness was great. They are always Cleaning, trimming bushes, cleaning the pools ect.

Words cant describe the wonderful time my girls and I had at the resort. The staff was very engaging and made us all feel very comfortable. Amenites are just as described and more.

Front desk does not acknowledge your presence even when you’re standing in front of them. Upon arrival we waited a hour before they approached us. Didn’t give any instructions that we were free to eat, use the facilities since our room was not ready. There is no haste in assisting customers, front desk and room service phone etiquette and response time is poor.
2 rooms assigned to us were already preoccupied.
Our end of the property swim up rooms are not clean daily and full of debris.
Spa equipment; sauna, hot tub all broken yet charging full price.
Although buffet food was good, there were not too many authentic Jamaican choices. Not even fried plantains.
We had the private dinner on the beach and charged extra. The only thing different was the shrimp and served the same food as the buffet.
No elevators and everything is spread apart. I would not recommend for anyone who have physical disabilities.

Me and my family had such an amazing time here at Azul. The staff was always friendly and kind. We stayed for 5 nights and this has been one of the best vacations I have had. The staff who cleaned our room as named Pauline and she helped make our stay lovely. It was always good to come back to the room like if first arrived and I would definitely want her to take care of our room when we come back. Mr Beat and Anesha who are part of the entertainment team brought the good vibes and fun for our family and participating was easy and memorable. The food at Mahogany for breakfast, lunch and dinner was always delicious. I highly recommend staying here

Hotel is misleading. No entertainment, limited food options. Hotel rooms were dirty, molded, bugs/spiders, no elevators to carry luggage upstairs, unsafe grounds water was on steps and walkways. Didn’t receive room service cleaning none of our stay. One night we called for towels and washcloths and they had none. We had to wait the following afternoon for towels/washcloths. Had to be moved from one dirty room to another dirty room. Ceiling had cracks and mold. Water was leaking on my husband’s head from ceiling after he got out shower. Overall experience is 1 for property. Staff was nice so i rate staff 4. Facility needs alot of attention and improvement. The price of room did not fit the hotel. Extremely overpriced, not close to a luxury hotel! It deserves to be a 2 star! highly disappointed! I wish we could get a refund for this stay as it was the worst i ever stayed!

Property needs some renovation. Too much flies in the dining areas on the salads etc. not enough options for food especially for ppl who don’t eat meat. Need more seafood options. Each time we took a shower the bathroom would be flooded. Bath facilities needs to be redesigned to avoid the mess. Lobby into far and some other facilities. Operators barely answers the phone. Room service took two hours to take some food for my daughter. The staff was very noisy near the rooms. No wash cloth in my room. I was excited about going there but I was disappointed. Wouldn’t return
