Quite good hotel. Pool in the shadow, ok gym that could fit more machines, spacious room, good shower, good breakfast, good food overall.
The overall impression is that it lack a good portion of styling. It looks really uncozy all over. A couple of paintings or pictures would make wonders in this sterile building.
A pro is that its quite close to MBK and Hualamphong train station.
Anothe pro is the nice staff, specially the guy at the gym that teached my kids some boxing at the gym. I think the location and the style of this hotel is a con, unfortunately.

Sta very friendly, the location is great, very convenient to move around in public transportation to visit main attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay. We originally only booked for 3 nights, but because of the location, amenities and price we ended up booking an additional 3 nights for our entire stay in Bangkok. Shuttle service was a nice touch. Highly recommend

Hotel has an amazing lobby but the rooms seem a little dated and definately need updating. Although generally clean my celling skierts and sprinkler valve were covered in dust. It was as if noone had stayed in that room for a while. When you get to your room it almost feels like a different hitel to the lobby. No bar after the resteraunt closes at 10pm. Was also told that there was no rrom service on the day. My room was opposite the maids store room so needless to say that i woke when their day got underway at 6am to the banging of buckets trolleys and shouted directions.

Room was small and AC would shut off unless you were in the room with the card in the slot. When we arrived it was musty because of the humidity.
The front desk could not extend our stay at check=in saying they were booked up. We tried again in the morning with a new person working at the front and were able to extend. Not sure why the first person was confused.
The pool is shaded by the surrounding towers for most of the day.
The smart toilet was cool but the toiletries in the shower were not very good.
I was expecting much better given the relatively high price point of this hotel for Thailand. There are much nicer properties for the same cost in the area.
The lobby was nice and pictures were accurate but the room fell well short of expectations.

The hotel has a great Spa, big lobby, good restaurant with tasty food and one persona who speaks English. The hotel rooms and bathroom are rather small.

The location and service are good! The only negative is the bathroom towel are so old & broken but oh, all is very good!

The location of the hotel is ok. Appreciated the free shuttle transfer to a shopping mall. The hotel has seen its grand days and aside from the modern toilet bowl, hotel is a little bit dated… Would love it if staff would be able to converse in English better. They seem to be all courteous though.

Lovely, grand hotel. Staff great. Our room was noisy at night; they need soundproofing. Despite being on the top floor and requesting a quiet room, you could hear traffic from the street (beeping, revs, etc) and people in the corridor - which was the only negative. Breaky was good if you don’t mind giving local dishes a bash. Didn’t have time to use the pool but looked really good

Amazing hotel, absolutely , 5 star in my opinion. Breakfast buffet was fabulous! Service was unbeatable. The room was beautiful and bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the fitness center and for a hotel gym it was adequetly equiped and almost felt like spa inside. The pool was great! Cant recommend highly enough!

The staff was absolutely fantastic and offered a great service.
Its a shame the hotel has no bar or serves alcohol.
Our room was ok, the bathroom was not clean and the outlets in the bathroom couldn't be used as the ports were blocked.
The Tuk Tuk drivers were quite annoying as we left the hotel, but accepting a humble no.

Honestly, I have stayed here a few times. This last visit, the complimentary minibar which had useful late-night cup noodles, has vanished. Also, having booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 kids (my eldest kid is over 12), we were not able to get next door rooms. I didn't even expect adjoining but the hotel didn't look that full. And as for breakfast, the spread is still good, but they adhere so rigidly to the 2 persons per room, unwilling to even consider that my rooms had 2 kids below 12. They counted one of the kids as an adult (free) and made us buy an additional child breakfast daily. Not like it was ridiculously expensive, but the service touch from my last few visits has faded.
