Incredible view of the lake and mountains. A quiet location within quick driving distance to Main Street, the lake and restaurants. The grounds were well kept, and we were able to take a walk through the vineyards. The suite featured a private patio. We were able to access dishes and cutlery to enjoy s couple of take out meals al fresco. The bathroom was huge and featured a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The suite was better than expected. It features the dark furniture and classic aesthetic typical of many hotel rooms. The photos of the property are amateurish, making it look it worse and more dated than it actually is. Overall the staff was excellent, our stay was very comfortable, and the property was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.

Large very clean modern spacious room with large bathroom and shower. Great views with nice deck with table and chairs. Very quiet. Away from the main road but easy to access. Accessible fridge and kitchen in reception area was very useful. Will definitely stay again when in the wine country,

A great spot to stay with a fantastic view of the valley and lake. Great locatiom while enjoying your own winery tours etc. No amenities such as food or beverages, so bring your own waters, etc. There is a mini fridge. The rooms are large. The soaker jetted tub in the washroom is nice.

Shiraz Villa was absolutely stunning. The views were beautiful. It was quiet. A bit of traffic noise from the patio,but the views and privacy are well worth the traffic noise.
The room was large and had an amazing soaker tub and beautiful walk in shower.
The private patio and all amenities were awesome too.
The bed could have been a bit softer,but overall everything here was perfect.
Check on process was easy and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you want a relaxing romantic night away,this is the place!!
I’d hands down return here for another stay.

It was an amazing experience in beautiful surroundings! Our family enjoyed being right on a vineyard and orchard and the close proximity to the town. The owners were so friendly and helpful whenever we had questions and really made this stay even more enjoyable.
The suite itself was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a bathroom that felt like a spa experience. The entire suite, including the bathtub had breathtaking views.

We stayed one night at this property in August 2024, and thank goodness it was only one night for our one week vacation. A villa implies the unit has a full kitchen and dining table, but there was only the bedroom. Yet photos showed a full kitchen, when booking. There was no separation between the toilet and bedroom and so oders and noise from the toilet permeated into the whole unit.

We stayed one night and it is just outside of the town. The rooms are really lovely (better than the pictures) and there is a fantastic view out the back over the valley. We would definitely stay again. The owners were super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property and view. Room was open and spacious. Our only complaint was the shower, it took a long time to heat up and it never got very hot. The rain shower head pressure was low as well.

A lovely hotel located in a cute vineyard. Beautiful view of osooyoos, with a great patio and huge windows to enjoy it from! The owner was very kind, and overall the place was a fantastic getaway!! I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Wow, what a great / unique property! Driving through the vineyard to the villa was beautiful. The design of the rooms really unique in a great way. Largest bathroom we've seen, highly recommend!

A view to die for of the whole lake and valley. The walk in the vinyard was very nice.

Pros:
Big, spacious rooms with a spectacular view of the lake.
Cons:
No one on site, you must phone for any help.
No daily cleaning.
High priced for what you get - $362 with tax per night is too high.
Rooms need maintenance (burned out bulbs) that they are not getting.
Odd room layout means the toilet is visible from the front room.

Great quiet property, but they forgot to supply the continental breakfast that was included. Unless it was the ice machine for low calorie. Could have used a few more towels and a bath mat. Yes, we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area

Great place for a quiet getaway. Very nice and personable owners. All units overlook vineyards and Osoyoos Lake. Bring snacks or be prepared to drive back to town (5 minutes). Very enjoyable stay!

Be careful about booking a reservation and giving your credit card information to this hotel. Instead of the $343.48 my wife and I had booked, they charged us a combined $515.22 on my wife’s and on my credit cards. When I called to investigate, I was told there had been a mix up by the lady who checked us. So they decided to just charge the costs of other people we were traveling with to our credit cards. I asked why they didn’t contact us about the problem. The owner said he did - but neither my telephone records, voice mail or e mail accounts showed any record of this. So in our opinion people should be careful in dealing with this hotel. You could get a nasty surprise on your credit card statement - like we did.

The property is easy to access with free parking. There are beautiful views of the lake with a private outdoor seating area. Rooms are nicely outfitted.
There are not food or drink options close by so make sure you plan to have snacks along with you. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
