Excellent hotel in a great location. Spacious rooms

Stopped in our favorite Southern city for a couple of days on the way to Orlando. This is our new favorite Savannah hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kara at the front desk was helpful, knowledgeable of the city and made us feel at home. The breakfast was spectacular! Yep, we’ll be staying here again!

This property was great! The bed and breakfast was quaint, adorable and beautiful. The beds were so comfortable!!! The staff was so sweet and helpful, especially Scarlett and Graycen. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was phenomenal and we had a great stay!

Located in walking distance to everything in the historic district, Inn is lovely and staff are helpful. Breakfast on the patio was a treat.

Nice location, friendly staff!

This older building is quite charming. Our Host Scarlett was great, not only upgrading our room but also allowing us to check in early and providing helpful information. Wine hour at 5:30 PM was nice and breakfast was offered to be brought to our balcony! Location is perfect to see the sights and self parking next to the building is convenient.

Great location! Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were as clean as they could be but needed updating. The loft smelled musty and there were several water spots on the ceiling. Carpet was sticky feeling so bring flip flops. We loved the quiet feel instead of staying in a busy hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

President’s Quarters is a lovely property and in a great location. It is walkable to the Riverfront as well as various museums and restuarants. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, in particular, Scarlet, Dan and Brandon. When I messaged about a possibly delay because our dog was sick, they were most helpful and understanding. Highly recommend and we will return for another fun visit to the beautiful city of Savannah!

The Presidents’ Quarters Inn is just awful. My son and I went on an overnight trip to Savannah for school shopping. Room #302 costs $323.52 for a night. We booked the Inn at the last minute. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and commented that we chose a great room. He asked where we parked, and I told him beside the inn. He instructed me to park in the Inn parking lot and walked outside to show me where to go. The parking lot was full, so we had to loop around the Inn to park in the initial spot. I was required to pay for parking until 8 PM. My son and I dropped our bags in the room and left to walk around downtown for dinner. When we returned, we took showers. There was lukewarm water, no water pressure, the makeup removal cloth smelled sour, and my son's towel smelled of wet dog. The carpet had numerous stains, the decor resembled a bad cracker barrel attempt, and the mattress and pillows were VERY uncomfortable. From 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM, we tossed & turned due to the terrible mattress and pillows. Also, the people in Room #304 were having sex, and you could hear clearly through the paper-thin walls. Their bed would squeak loudly, and the headboard would bang against the wall almost purposely. At 3M, it happened again. My son was up on his phone, and I was wide awake. I asked my son if he wanted to go home, and he replied yes. We left around 3 AM, and I drove over 3 hours home so my son could get some sleep in the car. I do not recommend. I would never return.

Overall the experience was good. Staff was very nice and they had a nice area where breakfast was served. Breakfast choices were limited but good. Our room needed updating. The carpet had staines along with paint peeling in the bathroom and a crack in the toilet seat. There was also a bar of soap in the shower that appeared to have been there prior to us checking in.

Very easy to walk to areas in the historic area. Staff was also very nice. The room needs updating. Carpet in the room should have been removed and hard wood floors with a nice rug would have been more authentic. The paint in the bathroom needs updating aa well as care for other details.

We stay here every year with our dog or one night on our wag to NC from Miami. We love it! The staff is soooo friendly. I love the wine hour they offer and the breakfast is really good. See you next year!
