No service or access after 9pm. Creates a risk for guests if door locks. No elevators and narrow stairs on second floor Other than that all great.

We stayed in one of the very small rooms upstairs. Nothing fancy but certainly suited our needs. Excellent location, very safe, nice people. Very happy with our stay.

Hotel Nomad is perfectly situated in Vieux Quebec. Steps from Chateau Frontenac and the Upper City. Ours was a family trip, so we all stayed in the Thematic rooms on the first floor. Room 18, which was ours, was a tad tight (seemingly the smallest of the three Thematic rooms), but otherwise quite cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely tiled, with a great shower. The larger front parlor gave us a gathering place in the evening for games, or just sitting and relaxing as a whole family. Having private parking on-prem was a big plus, but if you drive a large vehicle, expect to have an adventure fitting into some of the spaces. Definitely recommend!!

Nomad is super convenient to downtown in a charming old building in the shadow of the Frontenac but minus all the crazyness . Staff and parking great and the room cozy and quiet. Bon Voyage!

Property is very cool! Literally a historical wonder. The rooms are super modern for the look of getting there. Heat pumps in each room, bed was good too! Parking is a bit tricky. Do a U turn when you hit the property and 3 lefts, where you have to back into your spot. Quebec had just gotten a bunch of snow, so it was challenging with the accumulation. Not the hotels fault per se but the parking lot had not been cleared. Overall great stay and beautiful place

A very well located small hotel with lots of charm.

The location is wonderful! We loved the decor of the hotel, our room had a fun jungle wall, hotel is very clean, friendly helpful service from all the people working there. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I would change next time is having a larger room with a bigger window. Our room had a very small window it made the room feel even smaller and there was not enough room for 2 people to put away there clothes. Overall we loved the hotel.

Romauld and Olivier are gracious hosts who care about the quality of each guests experience. The property is second to none, within steps of all of the major attractions. This property is highly recommended for anyone looking for unique and exclusive accommodation set amidst all that Old Quebec has to offer.

Wonderful place. The room was great ( loved the decor). Location couldn’t be better to Old Quebec City. Breakfast was good and the staff very accommodating. Would go there again ..

Awesome location and nice use of space for the design of the room. Great staff and great to provide paid parking in downtown Old Town. Only downer is no elevator.

Spectacular location, unique decor, great personal service. Our mini suite was 60’s mod. Fun Jetsons/Avengers feel. Quiet and private.

We had a great stay at Nomad. The staff were friendly and ready to help if we needed anything. They took care of our luggage before and after our stay, the room was clean and offered the basics we needed including access to fresh water whenever we needed a refill.

Loved our room, customer service and location

We loved this little hotel. The staff members we met were very nice, friendly and professional. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely. We even had a cool outdoor space to sit. We had a cool chandelier over the bed and i felt like a princess. The location it just across the park beside Chateau Frontenac which is a great location to be. They have a parking lot for $28 a day. I think the only con would be the bathroom. Its small which didnt bother us but might be tight for others. And the vanity is in the room not in the bathroom. I think all the other qualities make up for it. Especially the outdoor space. First hotel that we have stayed at that had one.

The hotel is in a wonderful location close to everything but still quiet. Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Staff very helpful.

The hotel itself was very clean and nicely decorated. We had champagne and roses waiting to celebrate our anniversary that was by purchase. Unfortunately, we did not sleep 3 of our 4 nights as we experienced noisy neighbors, which included loud snoring, loud television, loud, talking and loud sexual activity. We did report this to the manager, but nothing changed. The response was they were fully booked. There was no elevator available so stairs are your only option. The parking is very congested with tight spaces available. Our car was scratched in the parking lot and also half a tank of gas was siphoned overnight! There was not a dedicated space to leave your car so you could register. You had to park in their lot and hand carry your luggage without a trolley available. Parking was $75 per day. adding on breakfast was also additional up charge and was only croissant and muffins. We did not get much assistance with discovering local events, sightseeing, or restaurants. There were fireworks scheduled that were canceled of which we were not notified. We cancelled the dinner reservation and sat in light rain finding out after 45 minutes and then had difficulty finding a restaurant that was still open. Compared to many other hotels, we looked at while in town, and what is offered, we will not be returning here or recommend the hotel to anyone.

Loved the boutique hotel feel and location.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is quaint, comfortable with eclectic decor. Staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. It was close to all amenities.
