A hotel that is showing its age. This could be compensated for with excellent service, but unfortunately this is not the case. Check-in is only from 4 p.m., which is too late. The parking garage is not well signposted, so you drive past it first. There were not enough umbrellas. The disinfectant dispensers by the elevators were empty for two days. One of the four elevators was also broken for two days.
If you pay for the parking garage at reception, you only have 10 minutes to leave the underground car park - so stressful. This was at 9 a.m. But the 48 hours you paid for didn't end until 3 p.m.
Unfortunately, the Hilton Batumi lacks passion for its customers. A friendly smile is missing both at check-in and in the Sky Bar. It's a shame for the Hilton brand that you can no longer rely on the expected level of quality.

We enjoyed a week atvThe Hilton Batumi. Close to the beavh, were you can rent beachchairs, walking distance to town with restaurants and shops. Hotel is located in the middle of a park so quiet also. Rooftop Bar was great with great wievs, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and freidnly staff, especially Aslani, the Maitre D was very friendly and helpful. Entire restaurant crew was very attentive. I would go back!!

Batumi is infamous for its capricious weather. Nonetheless, in Hilton Batumi, even though it's raining heavily outside, you could enjoy your day staying inside the whole day long. There are gym, sauna room (X2) and steam room. All the facilities are in pristine clean condition. One more thing say continental breakfast is not shabby at all. Thumbs up.

We were 2 dayd out of 4 without a television at the recepion they confirmed that the problem is known but it is impossible to fix it they didnt fix the problem even when we left

The hotel is high rated and indded the facility is in good condition and excellent location, however, the service is not at high standard : 2 out of 4 nights we needed to remind the reception to clean the room, on the second day, the room was not cleaned till 18:30, till we reminded. No water was on the arrival day. On the last night there was an alarm at 2:30 at night and all the people were required to go down for 40 minutes till it was confirmed as a false alarm. This can happen, of course, safety first, however, no appologies and compensation was proposed, as if it is OK for us to pay for premium hotel but not OK for hotel to provide a good service and compensate or even appologize in case the service is not good.

They gave me a room for a handicapped person. So inconvenient : the shower with all these metal bars + some special alarm buttons for the handicapped person I kept on pushing because they were near the light buttons.
And what if a handicap person arrives, would they ask me to change the room ?

The hotel is not up to 5 star service; the facility needs maintenance ( tv not working only a couple if channels that are useless/ no remote control that works / curtain no black out/ bath tub not draining) for 7 days never changed bed sheets; towels only few and old; no tissue refill etc…) barely 4 stars .. room service and restaurant ( sky view) terrible food and service ; even bed not so clean and some insects ..!!

I came to this hotel with my baby and my little children, i asked a conection door or room close to each other and they wanted more money, the rate of the dolar is too expensive in this hotel like the euro. The bathroom is not clean at all!!!!

The Hilton Batumi is a nice hotel. What makes it great is the staff who provide outstanding service and attention. We were particularly grateful to the young woman who helped solve our train issue by calling the train station for us, helping resolve a ticket question. Breakfast was also excellent.

Welcoming and polite reception staff, clean spa, comfortable room. We weren’t happy with the room service though. It was slow and we had to call more than once to get what we wanted. Room was cleaned ok but on one occasion the cleaner had taken out the toilet bin bag and left it on the sink and the water from the bin bag had spilt on my personal items which I had left on the sink. I had to dispose of the bin bag myself as the cleaner had forgotten to take it and just left it on the sink. Otherwise, the hotel was pleasant and it has a nice bar with a beautiful view on the top floor.
