Super friendly staff who made our late check in a seamless experience. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a clean and quiet place to stay.

Beautiful property with lots of outdoor seating options available. Lots of great amenities inside the room as well. Only negative is if you turn on the air conditioner it is pretty loud, and challenging to fall asleep with it on. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here thanks to the pool and beautiful property. My son met some kids and they had a blast playing in the nice outdoor pool and then had a soccer game on the property while the parents chatted on the patio furniture under the trees. The room was very simple and the AC unit loud (as they tend to be), but was worth it for all the fun the kids had outside on the property. And the dog had a great time too! Please note that while smoking is prohibited indoors, this place clearly caters to smokers as they have ashtrays outside each door and there were plenty of smokers around.

Green Acres is a nice motel situated right on Princess street. The staff were very polite and knowledgable. We had accidentally left our glasses in the hotel after check out and they called us immediately to notify us so we could pick them up! So kind =) They have a nespresso machine to make coffees at the reception desk too. The linens and towels were all very clean. Unfortunately the bathtub had a few hairs that I needed to clean out before I could shower. A few bugs were hanging about but thats hard to control in a ground level unit. Be sure to bring ear plugs because the AC is VERY loud even on low, and the walls arent sound proof. We could hear conversation from outside our unit but it wasn't too bothersome. All in all a good place to stay in Kingston.

What you get is mismatched distressed furnishings, walmart quality linens, and soap and shampoo from dispensers mounted on the shower wall. This is a low-grade motel pretending to be something it's not.

Well maintained property! Very cozy and perfect for staying for a couple of nights. The swimming pool was nice and clean. Our room was comfortable. Front desk staff was kind and welcoming.

Motel is in a park like setting. Rooms were immaculate with a lot of amenities.

We had a very nice stay! The place was clean, good size, beds were confortable. We had everything needed to prepare snacks and small meals. The lady at the front desk was very charming and helpful assisting us with finding activities. We would definitely come back!

This property is simple and clean. The only comment I have is that the washroom needs to have an exhaust fan.

Very comfortable clean and affordable accommodations. As a senior I find damage deposits initiated as a blanket policy are a poorly thought out principle. If a hotel has a record of previous stays that indicate that the client has not been the cause of a damage claim, or a noise complaint, or has not stolen towels or other items, or based on any other criteria the owner wishes to use as a measure of risk, then the damage deposit request is both inappropriate and a very negative reflection on the level of trust that the proprietor has on even their repeat customers.

The front desk staff were very courteous and able to recommend eating places near hotel. The motel is well maintained and the owner should be very proud of it. A motel built 60-70 years ago has been well treated by the owners. It is a pleasant break from the big sterilized commercial hotels/properties.

Room is quite small, but adequate for a short stay. No counter in bathroom, just top of toilet tank.

One of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in! It is such a cute place and the service is phenomenal! I’m a clean freak and the first thing I do when I check in to a room is inspect the bed for any hair or stains and the bed sheets were SPOTLESS (not even a dust bunny) I can’t express enough how clean the room was which is very rare these days unless you’re staying at a 4 start hotel. The washroom was spotless as well and they even provided makeup wipes! Also there was a wireless charger provided in the room as well. The pool was beautiful and very inviting, my partner and I had so much fun hanging out by the pool. I can not stop raving about this place, I will not be coming to Kingston unless I can stay here! It is THAT good! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cute, clean and friendly place to stay at. Rooms: Clean and accommodating with excellent features and amenities.

Not sure why the ratings say this place is exceptional. It’s a motel and the two rooms I looked at smelled of mildew.
