Having spent a whole week (21-28/04)at Vinpearl Resort and Spa in Phu Quoc, this is the newest and most beautiful Vinpearl resort that we have been to, and we are very grateful for all the kindness, hospitality and services that we are have received during our stay. The beach is amazing, clean, well-looked after, with life-guard on duty from dusk to dawn. Free regular (and on time) Vinbus services back and forth to amazing places like Grand World, VinWonders and Vin Safari makes it even a more wonderful experience to stay at Vinpearl Phu Quoc resort ! The Resort has a nice ,clean and gigantic swimming pool for all the guests to enjoy. The only comment we would make here is that for certain months of the year (e.g. April) the pool water is just TOO WARM. It would be great if Management could test the temperature of the pool and try to keep it below 30 degree Celsius The buffet breakfast at the Shell restaurant is rich, plentiful and delicious ! Last but not least: the view from our Deluxe Ocean-view king bedroom is simply beath-taking! The sunset view is just amazing! We definitely come back again

The reception area was clean and beautiful. I booked 4 villas with a private pool. None of the pools pumps or lights was working. told the staff there twice and one time they came out to fix and it worked for a bit then stopped working so the pool was unusable. the pool water wasn’t dirty but I didnt want the kids swimming in it with no filters working. Checking and checkout was terrible. over an hr to check out and I had already prepaid everything and gave them my credit card for any incidentals. we had to catch a bus to go to a ferry and was almost late. I would expect check out to be fairly quick since everything was already paid for in advance but they staff said they had check the room before I could leave to make sure if anything was used in the min fridge. I was told that I had a room credit to used for amenities but after they checked the room they said the credit couldnt be applied for the items in the fridge so I had to pay out of pocket. overall dont think I would ever stay here again or recommend. I booked 4 villas and wasnt worth the price. Wasnt as nice as advertised. only good thing was it was right on beach and the beach was beautiful

Vinpearl Resort and Spa was amazing! From the incredible breakfast buffet to the well-trained friendly staff, my week-long stay here was fantastic!

Everything is excellent except the room is not really clean… the lights are kind of warm but sometimes we need the natural light special in bathroom, the carpet is old and worn out, even the room service not to bother vacuumed, I noticed when I dropped a few pieces of plastic and still there for 3 days… and the lavatory is so greasy… seems only cleaned by customer when using it. We stayed 3 nights, and we used to rising the cups after used, room service should replace them instead leave alone until we call to replace them. I can given only 4 stars. My

Great place, good foods and friendly staffs. Don’t have any restaurants near by this resort. So if we get tired of the same food we can only go to the street foods at Grandworld near by.

I wish my voice to be heard by Vinpearl Resort&Spa owners, but anyway, doesn’t matter, since I never going there again. Anything they were able to screw up - they did. Terrible management, the only things they were not able to fail is the sea, beautiful water, mild and soft. First - is an Expedia issue as well - the lie about room size - my Junior suite was written to be 86 square meters size - is barely reached 30. Room was not clean, the room carpet full of spots, and dust, room furniture are old and scratched, room sofa - dirty, asked to change the room - no joy, hotel was fully booked. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner - another story. If you not attending it at the very beginning - any time you enter there - no clean tables available, you have to ask turtle moving staff to clean it, it were looking like cheap canteen offering street food. Also food itself, by the middle of the meal time half of the food are not available at the buffet, you have to ask them to bring some. I spoke to duty manager about floor condition, full of spots and food remains - the hotel staff don’t wash it between meal services, they wash it overnight only. Another issue are the sunbeds at the pool and beach site - Vinpearl invited full hotel of guests…so many, but the amount of sunbeds maybe 50 only..regardless a lot of space available between to install additional .so,,,,once you haven’t been found any you are along under direct sun rays. Is it 5 star resort ? What are you taking about, it’s the hell.

This is a good resort. It is reasonably priced and the staff and the food options are amazing. A few things that could be improved. Additional towels in the rooms, improved tv sets to smart tvs, improved tv channel options, and stronger Wi-Fi.

Restaurant not charging directly to your hotel tab, paid separately. Down payment for for your hotel tab. It's strange never doing like that before. My husband got asthma sickness from swimming pools. and too much pesticides for their gardens. Tollet not working properly. Matbe in future comeback.

2 night 3 day stay inclusive of theme park tickets. Effortless stay with free bus connections to Vinpearl Safari, Grand World and Vin Wonders, plus connecting shuttle to DD and Airport. Great service, facial recognition for theme parks and buffet breakfast. Nice facilities and comfortable stay. Room is ok, but a little dated compared to some of the newer properties in PQ, but this is a minor detail with zero impact on the stay.

Best place in my Vietnam trip so far. This is what you call 5* level
