After repeated request for towels on a 5 day visit with 5 kids plus myself we only had 4 towels the entire visit! Room was never serviced. Horrible hotel will never stay there again. Very disappointed.

It’s pretty sad that you have to beg repeatedly to get your room cleaned. It’s one of the only reasons to choose a hotel over an Airbnb these days. Unfortunately not only was our room not cleaned the first night, we had to make multiple requests to get it cleaned the next day. Breakfast buffet was really good on Friday and then sparse on the weekend days. Not sure the reason for the disparity. The laundry machines were nice to have. The gym was decent. We used the hot tub one night and it was nice too. I guess I shouldn’t expect too much for a budget hotel, but I don’t think room cleaning should be an optional feature.

I was disappointed by my stay. My reserved room choice wasn't available so I was reassigned to an ADA room. Because this was an ADA room, it had lower countertops and sinks, bars in the shower, etc - somewhat inconvenient. This room felt old - with stained furniture, dirty carpet, and an uncomfortable bed. Also, service was lacking. I asked for cleaning service on my 2nd day but room attendant never cleaned the room. I called the front desk but housekeeping had already left for the day. I requested to get replacement towels. With only one front desk attendant, she couldn't leave to bring the towels so I had to fetch the towels from the front desk.
