Nice place. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Only issue, and it is a very minor one, was the outside balcony was shared with the guests from 2 other suites. Not a lot of privacy sitting outside. Not a game breaker by any means.

Was a nice location and very good for long and short term stay. Would have been nice to have a EV Charger on site as we came in from Chilliwack with 20% charge and wanted to visit some local businesses the next day. Instead we utilized the municipal chargers and walked the community.

We just had an amazing stay, my daughter, grandkids and myself stayed for a few nights. From the moment you arrive, greeted by the nicest friendliest staff I have ever experienced in all my travels. We were planning our next stay on day 2 of our trip.

It’s a very quiet and relaxing place. There’s a small own beach and I had my morning coffee with this view.

Staff were very good. Place was clean. Location is excellent. The only nit to pick is the bed was a little hard for my diva back. The wife says the bed was fine. Great stay.

Nothing bad to say about this property. We had a wonderful 1st time at Osoyoos. The kids love playing on the sandy beach next to the lake. Brought kites with us and had a blast.

We came into town to do a job, reception agreed to give us our key early. We were then able to go do our work and not worry about the office closing time. A very pleasant stay, beautifully located.

We had a great time at Sandy Beach. The beach is right in front of the units and walkable on nice days. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed when we were cooking for ourselves. Several really good restaurants and a fabulous coffee spot in walking distance.
We would recommend staying here to everyone! Thank you to Tracy & Florence.

Beautiful surrounding property on the lake, suites are immaculately clean and comfortable. Very friendly front desk staff. Easy check in. Will enjoy this property time and time again

No one there to check us in, but key left for us. Tile floors throughout are cold in winter, but understandable as a beach resort. Not sure what was going on with water, as it kept turning bright yellow - this could have been a problem with the town water though, and may have been the one day we stayed. Had to adjust heaters is it was very hot when we got in.

Clean, spacious, well maintained, nice views onto the lake. We travel through Osoyoos regularly and wonder why we took so long to find Sandy Beach!

Location was excellent, lake front and close to all town services. Unit was new, well equipped and nicely decorated. The only downside was access to the the second floor unit, very narrow exterior staircase and 20 steep steps to the deck and entrance.

We were only there for one night while travelling through to our destination but the staff were super friendly and the room we had was clean and comfortable. We did not have a chance to explore the property.

Nice, very modern and well looked after. The stairs are a bit of a pain but didn't go down to the beach because of weather anyways so we just hung out on the suit. Nice deck but tree blocks veiw of beachn lake.
