Good hotel stay, clean but also very loud, other guests don’t adhere to being quiet at night and not policed enough, also need more shade at pool area on roof, shower leaks all over bathroom floor, lights in the rooms could be brighter, unable to see much at night

I really enjoyed my stay at best Western Pong Beach. All the staff were simply amazing and looked after all my needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The area they need to do a little improvement is bathroom cleaning. Some tile cleaner and a scrub brush along with 20 minutes of your time would make a big difference for cleanliness. I would stay at the best Western again, and would feel comfortable recommending it to friends.

Hotel is good, modern and clean rooms, no sound from the outside. Breakfast had many options, delicious omelets. Location is good, close to the night life and beach at the same time.
Hotel is non smoking, except of pool area and outside smoking area.
We didn't expect 2000 deposit in our final destination to be honest, that hit our cash budget in the end of our trip.
Otherwise - good hotel.

Value for money. Clean, very good staff. Had no tv reception and noticed staff fixing tv in another room so mentioned to staff and fixed quickly. Would've liked a few more english speaking channels though. Would come back here definitely

This hotel is located close to everything: Soi Sansabai, Bangla Road, night market, Jungceylon shopping mall, Bangla Boxing stadium. The beach is about a 15 or 20 minute walk away.
The staff is polite and professional, and the rooms are nice and clean.
This place is very busy. Tons and tons of tourists checking in and out every day.

Location was good. Very noisy due to tiled floors and slamming doors. Voices easily heard from within the room.

Wonderful room, big shower, comfy bed. Loved the pool and cabanas. We tried to extend our stay because we loved it so much - but it was full! Defs recommend.

Great service overall. Had a couple of special requests before I arrived that were handled marvelously by staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Service was excellent and staff in different always included some that spoke and understood English. Different types of transit available right on property. Whole area in that part of Phuket province was very safe just need to be careful crossing streets. No crossing places unless at major highways and roads.
