The hotel is kind of run down for the amount charged for the room. The carpet was torn between the beds which could be a tripping hazard. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. And I couldn’t get the tv to turn on.

The property was nice so I was trying to remember why I don’t like staying at Hilton hotels. Then I turned on the tv and remembered why I hate Hilton. NO FOX NEWS!!!

Their system crashed and they gave away my king room to someone else. They gave me a 2 queen bed instead of a king bed.

Love this location. Have stopped here for years in route to CA and it has never disappointed. Very clean and kitchen makes wonderful food. Friendly front desk makes it even better. Love it here.

I liked the hotel the area was a bit sketchy with the homeless coming up to while in parking lot asking for money and looking in ur trucks and cars

Great for larger dogs, small spots for them to go to bathroom, but completely manageable. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even told me about local road closures and other routes to take to avoid traffic.

The property was great. I’d guess the best in the area. Would definitely stay here again. NM seems to be an unkept state along I40. The restaurant was very good, clean and super friendly wait staff.

Great hotel, even better front staff. Damian was very nice & helpful. Very disappointed in the greed of hotel management. Price jumped by $40 after learning that another hotel had to turn away their visitors due to a water leak. This management wasn’t happy with a full house, they decided to gouge people also. Sad.

Excellent property. Hotel is beautifully kept. Our room was spacious and updated. Nice menus in the onsite bar and restaurant.

Nice hotel but a bit surprised that the two bottles of water in the room had an attached sticker with price of $2.00 each and the coffee maker had no non-decaf coffee.
Expected more for a $200 room in a remote off-freeway stay.

The guest service was amazingly nice. Felt very welcomed coming through the doors and my room was nice and warm.

Very noisy coming from pool. Disappointed as toilet was dirty. We notified front desk and they sent someone to clean it right away. Later we noticed hair on dispense bottles in the shower. Requested top floor but got first. Told it was full but I paid a week in advance. Beds were too soft for my liking.

Gave a list at checkout. Foul odor in room, shower was absolutely dangerous as the tub floor was as slippery as ice, had to put a towel down to keep from falling. nail jutting up in middle of room. AC / thermostat was inconsistent. Definitely overpaid for this room.

Pet fee was listed as $25, but the front desk said it's always been $50. Keep that in mind. We had to park in the Applebee's parking lot due to the front lot being packed. No carts available at 6:00 AM the next day to transport our heavy items. The elevator was slow and kept dinging on the floors it wasn't stopping at. Needs repair. Price was double the other locations. Not a fan of this location.

We've stayed here before and it has always been great. The restaurant has great food at good prices. This trip, we found the spa / pool towels were not stocked and I had to go to the front desk for one. We also found hair in the bathtub when we arrived.
We will stay here again, but wish their "attention to detail" would improve.
