so relaxing!

it was very clean and welcoming. The staff was exceptionally polite. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good and generally overall we had a great stay.

Excellent place for a stay on the road

I've stayed here twice and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling through Gallup. Excellent value for money, with a convenient location right off the Gallup East exit from I-40. Property is very well kept and has nice architecture. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Comfortable room well stocked with name-brand toiletries. Wifi is good. A ridiculous number of outlets are available in the room—I could probably charge every electronic device I own at once and still have room to plug more in!

This is a very nice property and the staff was very pleasant.

When checking in, I was informed of the $25 pet fee, not $25 per pet. In addition, there was wind outside, which made my window howl all night, making it impossible to sleep

Do not stay here

The hotel interior is dated, like a budget hotel The hotel is located in an un paved parking lot of a gas station. The holiday inn sign is the only modern thing about this hotel. Our first room was uncleanness and had soiled bed line. The second room was better,but appeared just unclean like all of the hotel.

I expected the quality of service and amenities, we have come to expect from the Holiday inn express chain.

I can’t think of anything

Not enough towels, the bathtub remained filled with water while taking a shower,and giving children a shower was very inconvenient. Pool and gym under maintenance.
