Second time staying here. Great staff, clean, and comfortable.

I felt like the room was smaller then the pictures depicted. but it was still a comfortable room with everything I needed.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a issue with cleanliness in one room and immediately was moved out from the room and into another so quick. loved it.

we had a dirty coach, trash, and TV not working but we switched to a new room immediately.

I like the size of the room and the heat you can adjustable in each room. With the dislike I room was good.

My kids have pet allergies. There were pet hairs on the carpet, it's either dog or cat. There were also pet treats on the floor.

Our room was close to the front desk and laundry. It was a very nice room with an excellent bed.

The rooms are large and with many amenities.

The staff was polite, not so friendly. Coffee was not ready in the morning. The staff was in another talking instead of attending the breakfast area. We finally gave up and went to the gas station for coffee.

The double entry hall closet, French doors, quality of appliances, friendliness of staff, etc.

French doors in bathroom made it a little difficult to get your suitcase in the closet, and doors bumped into each other, but they are a nice feature.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The firmness of the mattress was very good. The suite had full kitchen including stove top and refrigerator. The location was also good and supermarket was nearby.

Staff was rude. Did not have my reservation and no apology or suggestion because they were sold out and everyone else was too. No apology at all! Just “take it up with booking company.” Chose this loc based on very high rev and my prior Marriott exp. Very disappointed.

The facility is brand new.

The only problem we had is we accidentally forgotten some clothing in our room when we checked out and didn’t realize it until 6 hours later. Our bags never left our car until we were digging through it. We searched our car and we both knew we were missing some clothing. We packed very light for an over night trip. We returned to the hotel and they told us they didn’t find anything. We were shocked! How can they tell us they found nothing? We know for sure we forgotten it there and the cleaning staff are being dishonest. So remember if you forget anything, kiss it good bye because someone there is lying and being dishonest and I believe in karma. Take this seriously please!
