This was a first apartment stay for us. This was an excellent experience. The place is located in a great location. Restaurants and shopping within minutes. The parking garage was few minutes walk. The apartment was clean and have all of the amenities you need. Carmen was helpful and not intrusive. She helped with flamingo dance reservations and local restaurant recommendations. This was a great stay.

3PM check-in, 11AM checkout, 10min away parking lot; short time to cathedral tour which close at 5PM. Staff arrived 3:15 eve if I mailed to arrive at 3PM. Not enough shampoo.

Great location in Seville -- near a number of attractions, close to bars and restaurants. Apartments have all been nicely renovated, the 2 bedroom apartment was clean and had an open kitchen/living room that is totally live-able and can accommodate small gatherings. All rooms are rewarded with high ceilings and lots of light.

The good: Carmen was fantastic and went out of her way to make our trip memorable. The apartment was in a safe area, and near supermarkets, a wonderful restaurant/bar (Bar El Baratillo - best food we had in Spain!), and the tourist spots (if you're willing to walk). The not-so-good: No toiletries (!!), and some small cockroach sightings on our second night

Torremolinos - excellent hotel with a very good buffet and superb service on sea front, but downside is that the town centre is on the cliff top so that if you have walking difficulties it is a long climb.If you like the sun on the balcony ask for a room overlooking the pool on the right hand side building as you look at the hotel from the sea front

Took 89 yr old Mom with us on 18-day trip in southern Spain so needed handicap accessible 2-BR, 2-BA at each stop. Carmen, our contact at Living Sevilla Centro, was not only there to greet us....but she helped with luggage, walked us through all conveniences of apartamiento, rode with me to parking area/then walked me back, AND called to get us upfront VIP tickets to Museos incredible flamenco show. Highly recommended if youre going to Seville.

Highly recommended if you're going to Seville.

Nice place. A bit on the warm side as it was 100 degrees out and it was mandated we not raise the air conditioning above a certain temp which was annoying. It was advised to put the trash out in "bins" provided yet no exterior bins located. Idk. When vacationing I would expect a/c and trash to be handled by rental. Seal in the master shower needs to be addressed. Otherwise nice location,roomy rental and walking distance to many places

Great size apartment, clean, modern, central to a lot of good tapas bars, central to majority of sightseeing

This is a very nice newly remodeled apartment. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to places to eat and some of the main attractions in Sevilla. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, and the beds and sofa-bed are pretty comfortable. The only reasons I didnt give it full 5 stars is because: 1) as in many places in Spain you need to use a key to turn on the main electricity but in this case the key is attached to the door key so you cannot leave the A/C on while youre out. Given than in Spain late nights are typical, you will come back to a warm apartment that will take some time to cool down. 2) there are no black out curtains so if somebody is sleeping in the sofa bed, expect early bright sun.
