Worth the modest cost.

Beautiful property, inviting pool that was just the right temperature. Very clean, well kept property and very clean rooms. Lovely place to stay and so close to La Ropa beach.

We loved it. Eddie the front desk manager won hour heart on the first evening we checked in. We noticed that the bathroom floor of our unit was very wet – the toilet was leaking. We brought it to his attention & within 10 minutes he had a new water cable hooked up and the drip/leak was fixed. Awesome!
Then he saw our camping cooler – and without even asking he brought a small refrigerator into our room – once again noticing and taking the initiative – just amazing!
We would definitely be happy to stay there again – the outdoor kitchen is a nice touch – Only one thing to improve on add more glassware and more silverware.
The owner Juan, Was delightful. We can see why his employees are so wonderful – the apple does not fall far from the tree.
The place just needs a little bit of TLC – a little paint.

Relaxing and quiet location. Close to the beach, good restaurants in the area. Has an outdoor cooking are. The pool is nice to have. Great staff

good location! Close to bus lines and within walking distance to Playa La Ropa (5 Minutes). Good crrew, and the amenities like a completge kitchen and barbecue outside. And smal but nice pool.

Wasn’t impressed. Booked this hotel based on reviews just for the night. Liked the near by beach but the hotel itself could really use a renovation. Couldn’t get hot water in the shower. Don’t know if it was just our room or what. Nonetheless not enjoyable when all you want to do is shower and go to bed.

Stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed. Small pool just out side my room was clean and in good condition. Room was clean, hot water in shower, air conditioner and fan worked perfectly. Staff was friendly and very helpful given the language barrier. 3 excellent restaurants within 5 minute walk. All in all a good experience.

The hotel has a great location for catching the little buses to go into down or the marina. Great restaurants just up the street, Jungle pizza, Sixtinos and a great Italian place a few blocks walk.
the only negative about the hotel was that, on the first day, a piece of woodwork from the closet fell down and cut and bruised my girlfriend, when I mentioned it to the staff they basically changed the subject so the conflict went away. I felt that this was very unprofessional. It would have been fair to give us a small discount or a night for free.

The hotel photos were somewhat misleading. The room was generally clean and quaint but small. The bathroom was physically rundown although clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful; however only the manager could speak some English and he was not often there. Families arriving after us in adjacent rooms were extremely noisy with loud music inside and at the pool, children running and screaming everywhere, and abundant partying outside our patio door to the courtyard and the pool. There was no coffee anywhere in the room or outside, and no restaurants within less than 15-20 min walk to purchase one. We were there only one night.

This hotel was dirty, our bed was as hard as cement and the noise was horrible. We did not sleep all night. Our room was so dirty we were afraid to get in the bed. We were booked in for 3 nights and only stayed 1 night. They would not refund our money.

The hotel was filthy, cockroaches everywhere in the reception and hallway (not in the room though, what I could see).
The bedsheets had stains on them and the room felt dirty in generell. Also the staff tried to give us a inferior room at first, but we stood up, saying that it was not what we payed for. So evetually we got the room we´ve pree-booked, but the guy got pretty grumpy about it.
It was really not a good hotel experience at all. I strongly recommend others to choose another hotel.

The hotel is clean but old, well kept, lots of hot water, nice swimming pool, attentive Mexican staff, a few restaurants within walking distance and a few blocks from the beach.
