Very pleased the pool was open & the lake sand was groomed!

Room was ok, I liked the separate bedroom. Kitchen was good, full sized fridge was nice, but there was no microwave or coffee maker. Beds were very hard & uncomfortable. No amenities were available - pool & hot tub were covered/locked.

It is so run down, miserable staff, not clean at all, room smelt awful, dirty towels, no hot water

Perfect location, decent price unfortunately the pool wasn’t open as advertised so the kids and I were disappointed. Lake was a little too chilly for swimming. Will go back.

First things first, this is an oder property and hasnt been upgraded for quite some time. Beds are very soft, bathroom fan sounded like it was gonna fall apart at any time. Nothing real bad, just dated. On the plus side it was very clean. Location is amazing, private beach just steps away with an amazing veiw. There's a great little coffee shop right across the street and 1 door over is a great little resteraunt with the nicest staff. If you beleive in " You get what you pay for" then this place is perfect. We stayed for a week in the beginning of September so rates were alot better than in high season. If you go in summer there's no such thing as cheap in Osoyoos anyway. Choices are limited.

If I was still 19 getting black out drunk every night. Sure I could make it work. It was the only affordable place left to book semi last minute. So didn’t have an option. Guy at the front desk was rude. Most uncomfortable bed imaginable. Unbearably loud AC. Has not been updated in 30 years and was not clean at all. But it was right on the beach. Only bright spot

Only provided a tiny bar of soap. Was very dusty and was still pretty dirty (we cleaned all the surfaces ourselves). The air con made the room exceptionally muggy and there was a terrible smell in the room (similar to cat pee). There was only a mini-fridge provided (no coffee pot or other amenity) and the fridge was dirty so we cleaned it ourselves. The only window was the door to the room.

I was not expecting much, so I wasn't too disappointed in the quality of the room (which is abhorrent, but expected at this price point for being right on the beach), but I was definitely not prepared for how mean the owner is. He claimed he didn't have my reservation that I booked online and that I was lucky he had a room for me, since he was completely booked up. Then he made me feel like a piece of crap for daring to rent a room at his hotel. My husband has stayed here many times in the past and always dealt with the lady at the front desk, who is apparently nicer. Maybe she should be the face of the place going forward.

The owner seemed drunk when we checked in and the lock to our room was confusing to lock.

Sadly this hotel is in poor condition and the rooms are badly in need of full renovation, nothing in my room makes me currently want to ever stay there again, even for one night travelling through. Staff were polite, and location is incredible, but interiors are so old, no amount of cleaning or paint can cover up what it is.

I don’t like it because no wifi ,no microwave,no exhaust fan in the washroom even not proper bed sheets and also that day the guys was on counter he was very rude my score is 1

The place is old and in need of attention but it’s on the beach and it’s the cheapest place in town. Bring your own kitchen essentials if you plan on cooking in your unit.

Hotel not well kept. Our room was like an easy bake oven with poor air conditioning in 40 degree heat. The beach is nice here but building not maintained well. Our stay was only 2 nights so we survived by spending most of our time on the beach.

Check in was horrible. The owner said he didn't have our reservation from hotels.com or our friends and we we very lucky he still has rooms for us. He was a very unhappy man and really shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Not the worst resort we have stayed in, right on the lake with a nice view, comfortable enough but very dated.

I will never stay at this property again and I am surprised that Expedia supports it. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. Way overpriced for such a crappy place!!

Osoyoos is always been a yearly destination for us. The falcon had friendly staff. Rooms are a little small and outdated but being lakeside was a bonus. Would stay again but would bring a power bar for charging your electronic needs. And would bring some of the basic kitchen items even tho they have some of the basics. But tongs and spatula and a strainer were not included in room we were in.

Its a good place to stay for a night or two. But the air conditioner wasnt working and it was very hot in there. Not very comfortable to sleep. Being right next to the beach is the best part though.

I had to change our room but still very basic and uncomfortable.
