This is a cleaned shared condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The host was lovely and helped us with our bags to our room and assisted us with parking. The room was clean with both air conditioning and a fan. The shared area includes a fridge, microwave, sink and some cooking utensils. This place is a wonderful bargain in down town Playa. Mammita's beach club is only a few blocks a way where you can rent beach chairs with umbrella's. There are many restaurants in close proximity.

This is not a hotel, its an apartment with 2 rooms that share a kitchen / dinning area. There are no TVs. It was hard to find the place, the sign is very small on the wall. You need to have a working phone when you arrive to call them and let them know you are there. The mattress was hard and the two small pillows where flat.Besides that, the hotel staff was very friendly and it is located in the middle of everything in Playa del Carmen.

A bit of a strange place. Not a hotel at all. However, it is very clean and well located. There is no front desk. You share a kitchen with another roommate. It is more like a shared apartment. Reasonably priced.

Pots, plates etc, in the kitchen for guests to use, ridge stove as in regular apartment Clean, not sure about Wi-Fi as I forgot to ask for password before lady that provided the key left. Cold bottled water in the fridge, shower working well with hot water. Payment to the owners directly cause; "they're newly in business" Coupon for breakfast was given worth 100 pesos at nearby restaurant, I haven't use it.
