Hidden fees upon arrival after paying in advance. We were on the third floor of the Beach House. No elevators and my husband is in his 60s. It was very difficult to lug everything up and down the stairs. No seats or table in room, only bed, small side tables and one lamp. Staff were rude during every interaction. Beds were worn out with springs in our backs. Newly painted but not good at all. We left a day early.

The room was very clean. Ive stayed at quite a few place in the beach and i always find a little sand on the floors. Not here, the room was spotless. The staff was accommodating abd answered all my questions with a smile.

The girls that did my check in i think were exchange students and very hard to understand, which created a communication barrier. I was told that there would be additional charges and holds on my card that wasn't previously described. The manager (i assume) wasn't very pleasant. I was never thanked, asked to come again or anything. I couldn't find our room andcwas told they were sending someone over to assist us, but nobody ever showed. We eventually found in on the side of a building. We get inside and it has a king size bed tgat takes up the whole small room. There is barely enough room to walk around it. And there is a bathroom, which was very tight to get around the bed to enter Oversll i give this place zero stars. In my opinion, not worth the $120/ per night

Clean, but room was tiny. Price wasn’t bad for it. Only stayed 1 night.

The bathrooms were not shitable. They were two feet from my bed pillows.

I stay at the beach house .. very convenience .the only problem was that at the beach house don’t have elevator .other than that… very quite and comfortable.

The rooms clean !!! Staff is friendly and very helpful!!!! Someone is always available to answer questions and help in making sure your stay is a Nice experience!!!!

We stayed at the beach house. I was not aware we needed to pay an extra $90 when I arrived. The additional money was for resort fees and a room deposit which that will be refunded. I'm just glad I had a credit card with me.

Important to note that all buildings owned by property has elevator access. Stairs can become an issue, especially 3 or 4 floors. This became an issue but was resolved by management. I can safely say that the staff was respectful, considerate and helpful with my mothers physical limitations. My solution was tolerable at the end, making my stay enjoyable at the end. The only negative thing would be the beds, very uncomfortable and flat.

Room was very clean. The door had a large gap around it. Room was right off front porch and other guest were smoking marijuana and smell was coming right into room, along with watching videos on phone very loud, could hear it even with TV on.

It is very mis leading when booking if you are not familiar with ocean city. Our location was a block away from the boardwalk. No elevators - we were on the second floor with 3 children, I’ve had 3 knee surgeries and the stairs were very inconvenient. Our tv volume wouldn’t go up past 15. It smelled like urine. We gave staff our dirty towels and had to ask for clean ones an hour later when none were provided. The rooms are also EXTREMELY small. Probably the smallest room we have ever had in our 14 years of vacationing with kids!

Love the location. Not having access to coffee and toilet paper was inconvenient. You can hear every thing from other guests. Room wasn't clean throughly and am positive bed had bed bugs. Water pressure in shower was weak. Room very small but served its purpose for our short visit. Staff was friendly. Positives-location close to beach, access to two free chairs and bikes, use of their two pools.

Really not far from the beach. This was our second time staying at this hotel. Front Desk was very pleasant, and nice. Maintenance was a great help as well. Thank You Mr.Todd 😊

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The villas we stayed in was old and I found hair all over the both the beds sheets. Which basically meant it wasn’t changed. All together it was pretty fair.

The hotel charged me twice for our stay. The room wasn't very clean at all. Guests above us we loud every night all night and nothing was done about it anytime I called or went to the front desk. This was the worst experience I've had with a hotel in OC I'll never stay here again.

Very friendly staff and clean accommodations. Great location! The beach house rooms are particularly small, but for just a couple and the value it’s a great option if you spend most of your time at the beach!

The venue was very clean and orderly but not quiet at all, could hear other guests up and down the hallways all hours of the night. Close quarters in the room and small areas.

Room sq ft was as big as a small walk in closet. Bathroom only big enough to stand up, sit down, and turn around all in the same footing. Paper thin walls. About 8 working channels on the tv. Ac is extremely loud, not sure if that’s a good or bad thing… helped mask the ridiculously loud banging and opening and closing of doors at all hours of the night. No phone in the rooms. Seemed relatively clean and smelled pleasant throughout the whole building. Easy, secure access through front and back of building. Convenient location.

Had a great time. Only complaint which is minimal is the TV connection kept going in and out (buffering). I’m assuming it had something to do with the WiFi. We stayed in the Beach House. It was clean, comfortable & convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Under amenities it says no elevator We did not see this It’s a 3rd floor walk up in the building across the street No elevator They also have very poor internet and side to this the tv don’t work The tv live stations didn’t work The tv could not connect to the internet And we could not connect computers or phones to their WiFi They claimed to many people are on Every room is full I said sir I own companies If I set you table last in my restaurant - I don’t get to serve you an 8 ounce steak instead of the 12 ounce and charge the same and tell you / you are the final table so you don’t get the services you paid for Book the number of people you can serve You see the hotel has determined profits outweigh giving the service you pay for It has now become - take the money and take more than we should and then when people complain - give them $20 No I want what I paid for We left at 11 pm Terrible experience with hotels.com and this hotel which was poorly run and where amenities and lack of amenities are not properly communicate If I had arrived with my elderly parents we would not have been able to go to the room

We stayed with 2 adults and 1 child, we were literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. The location really makes up for the tiny rooms. I would book again if needed for this price. I also had no issues checking in.

I loved the easy walk to the beach and the pool was conveniently located. The room in the beach house was small and minimally furnished. Not a deal breaker if only the TV had worked. The screen was too dark to see and it kept buffering (weak internet). Parking was very tight and there was a constant smell of pot in the hallways.

I loved that i was like a small efficiency. Had everything you needed. If you get the beach house parking is terrible very small no space. Other than that close to beach very convenient, pools are awsome.

The front desk staff was amazing and we were able to check in early. Small room but we weren’t in it very long each day. Super conveniently located near the boardwalk and tons of shops and food.

We were in a building that was not the hotel. Just weird. Not a lot of parking and very hard to find the parking area.

The room we booked was simple enough for our needs - sleep, shower, store our cold food and drinks. However, one of the entry/exit doors to the front of the building has a step, which I did not know was there until I opened the door and fell down on my knees, rolling my ankle pretty badly. There is a "watch your step" sticker on the door..... but only on the outside of the door. I was coming from the inside. Please rectify this so someone else doesn't get hurt.
