This was an amazing stay and offered the remote mountain experience we were looking for at fair price. Would highly recommend and will be coming back.

Lots of space. Being pregnant I needed a nap around 11am but it was super loud. Lots of banging for an hour. Brutal. Basic cable which wasn't great. Gorgeous views.

The room lacked cleanliness. There was so much dust and washrooms were stinky. Also, the towels in the washroom had hair strands in them. That was very disgusting.
Pasting $215 for night was a waste of money. We were with our infant and cleanliness was the main problem. Not Healthy for baby at all. Don’t recommend this place at all.

this is a very unique boutique kind of garden hotel, it is located in downtown but in a safe and quiet area. The room size is very generous. The staffs there are very friendly and nice, will recommend others or come back if travel in Canmore again in future.

Liked that the area was not busy and away from the crowds. The food was really good but a little pricey for customers who are staying at the hotel.
We enjoyed the room because it was not like your typical hotel room, it felt cozy and the a/c worked very well.

Beautiful little hotel with a great view of the mountains. Check-in process was new for me, since there are no staff around to check you in. They have some decent instructions on how to access the room and get yourself sorted. The large skylight in the loft room is amazing.

An amazing stay. The rooms have great views, comfortable and perfect for extended stays. The cafe was delicious and so convenient to have so close. I couldn’t recommend it enough, would stay here again.

Lovely quiet location. Creekside Villa looks great inside and out. Our room was fantastic after a long day sight seeing. We found homemade cookies in the corridor and ice for our drinks . Would have happily rated 5 stars but the cafe let us down slightly. Omelette had cheap pre-prepared parmesan cheese in which did not melt and the hash browns were infact oven chips. Otherwise a great stay!

Great room with everything we needed for our short stay. The bed and pillows were super comfy and it was sparkling clean. Fun decor and super easy, contactless check in.

I like how we have a separate entrance for the family apartment. A point for improvement for the separate entrance may be having the entrance trail paved as it’s easier for moving luggages.

Unfortunately, our room was very dark and noisy as we could hear the guests coming and going up and down the stairs outside our room. We were not happy with the cleanliness of our room either. The property refunded our second booked day so we could go elsewhere.

We love it. Its a beautiful cozy villa. My 17 months old daughter loved the queen loft we booked. Would definitely go back again.

Front door required a code to get in. There weren’t any front desk clerks to help with check in. They only took out the trash. There’s no room service. Didn’t even replenish toilet paper, tissue paper, or towels. Sofa bed was old and can feel the individual springs. Window has no black out shading. Room was small, especially the bathroom is tiny. For $310 a night (US dollars), my son said we got scammed.

We have stayed twice now and enjoyed ourselves both times! It is a quiet, well kept property with walking paths close by, easy access to downtown, and we love that is a cozier feel than a hotel.

Good last minute decision. Spacious room with great views. Just not a lot amenities. But for the price- you can’t beat it. Only 3 restaurants in walking distance. Which is probably why elk were on the property at dawn.

Pros: Loved the house itself and breakfast/lounge area.Lovely location, off the main road. Cons:No bathroom in loft bedroom - very inconvenient to go down the steep stairs at night ! Very dark decor. I like dark paint, but there were not enough lights and those that were there were harsh bright white. Hot in the loft, even with the fan on, and this is only May. No TV in loft.

Nice unique place to stay! The loft bedroom space was cool, with separate common area. Small, but perfect for my wife and I. Beautiful mountain views out of our window! Wifi was a bit suspect, but it didn't affect us much. There's also an area in the hotel where we could sit and play games. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Our stay was very nice. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the place, nice and quiet.
The only complaint I have the room dark and the lamps in room didn’t give much light.
They were decorative but not very functional for reading.
