Nice location, easy beach access but it needs a major cleaning. General dirty areas like general tile , patios, all windows unclean & covered in spider webs, unclean elevator, etc. No general maintenance. Suite comfort was basic but good enough..

We had a wonderful stay and the staff were the most friendly our entire week in the okanagan. We did not have an issue with parking our mid sized SUV however, if you are driving a van or a large truck it’s much easier to park on the street.

Very friendly people around . Good customer service.

We appreciate the waterfront view and the availability of barbecue facilities.

Another beautiful summer memory at this beautiful place. We can never say enough good things about the Desert Surfside. It’s our home away from home. Loved the location. Loved the beach. Room is good. Beds are okay. Kitchen is mostly well supplied with pots, pans and dishes. Host is super!

The staff was very pleasant, helpfull, kind. The beach property was nice, and they treated all the guest to a lunch bbq which was very kind! The room does need updating definitely a new mattress.

Very nice and friendly lady greeted us and checked us in.

The people like Darwin and front desk are excellent the picture of the property is deceiving as the lake front beach access is small and crowded

The main door to the room was a patio door that was essentially the only window, and faced the parking lot. The table in the room was sticky, and the sheets had a few left over stains that didn't wash out so the way. This is more an Expedia problem, but the name of the hotel is "waterfront accommodation", and most of the rooms are not waterfront. Front desk was very friendly, BBQ are available on site, chairs and towels are available.

Check in was easy and very friendly. Clean room.

We loved that the property provided an ample supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, and floaties to use by the guests. We also loved the barbecue area.

Lots of cobwebs and dirt around lighting, soffets and doorways. Our barbeque was dirty and we were not able to get a replacement brush. Bathroom in out suite looking tired.

Amazing location, one of the best beaches in town. Great office staff. Room had everything we needed for our stay. Pull out sofa could use a topper for comfort.

The only place I’ll stay in osoyoos. The property managers are lovely and really care about taking care of the site and guests

Great little motel right on the lake. Vernon greeted us and he had some great recommendations for our trip. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was perfect - full size fridge, air conditioning and comfy bed. The floor was a bit sandy when we first arrived, but aside from that, the room was very clean. Lots of beach gear available like floaties and beach chairs. I would recommend!

The suite seems relatively clean when one walks in but sont look too closely.
