Beautiful location, lovely room, friendly staff and a great cafe. WiFI and phone signal is very patchy but love coming here and stay here each time I come to New Plymouth

The setting is very relaxing. To be able to look out over the river was so nice.
We did not want to stay in town. We found the short trip out to the property was well worth the effort. To be away from the noise and have such a relaxing setting really made the time there everything we wanted.
Very friendly staff. Clean room.
Loved the double push back sliding door to better take in the view and sound of the river.
We would stdy again without a doubt. A real gem of a place.

Had a great time - terrific accommodation, lovely setting, free laundry, restaurant, serviced daily - we were there for 4 nights.
There was wifi but it worked intermittently.
Manager was very friendly and helpful.
Altogether, I would highly recommend.

What a fabulous place to stay. The view was just lovely, the room was fabulous - it felt like a real rest just being there.

We enjoyed our stay in the unit. It was quiet and the view was stunning. It was clean and pleasant. We did not manage to make the television work on Netflix and the instructions did not match the remote control. We felt old which we are when we could not make the technology work for us. We wouls definately recomend staying there.

Beautiful scenery at the hotel property. I can see events being held here as well. The restaurant on site serves very good food with beautiful presentation. For the price, I’d come back every time I come to new Plymouth area. Friendly staff as well.

10/10 amazing place to stay! About 3-4 km outside of town and very isolated and peaceful up on a hill. Each building has about 4 rooms - very spacious, full kitchen, nice bathroom and again the views are beautiful! Very convenient location too if heading out to Egmont national park.

Very relaxing, feels like somewhere to get away and relax. The surrounding areas are absolutley charming. Lots of green surrounds, trees, natural life and running river.Beautifuly manicured. Restaurnt on site. Loved my stay, a very fortunte find.

One of the best property I have stayed with, the view, the facility is excellent.. the room is so quiet as well you can barely hear the river when ll the windows are close.

The was one of the best places we stayed on our whole trip. It was clean, newer, comfortable and had a very nice restaurant next door. It had a great view of the river too. The host was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was that the lighting and mirror arrangement was awkward for my husband to shave.

The property is beautifully situated in luscious thoughtfully landscaped grounds and bordered by the waiwakaiho river and mature trees. The facilities are all new. Gorgeous views. We were staying for a wedding, and it was nice to have everything in one place. There were some minor issues with fire alarm being tripped and couldn't get the tap to switch from show to tap but could still use the jacuzzi.

Our 1 bed unit was in a lovely location. We enjoyed the terrace and sound of the river flowing below us. Living area was spacious and bed was comfy. Kitchen was basic but functional. Parking was easy and close to unit.
