The room had a very chemical smell to it which the operators claim was from the cleaning of the sheets (it wasn’t)
The heating did not work in one room and was on a 2 hour timer in the other rooms which when asked about we were told you need to keep switching on; including in the night - yes you are expected to wake up every 2 hours to reset the heating to keep the rooms warm in Dunedin in the middle of winter.
Clearly they have no real respect for guests and I would never recommend this property to others and will not be staying again

Weather was freezing and so was the unit.not enough good heating at all.had 3 layers on just to keep warm.will never stay in a unit like that in winter ever again.way too cold

One of the best holiday parks i have been to. Hot water is not metered or coin operated. Our tv room was small and comfortable with sleeping for 5. I was amazed such a small room could hold 5 comfortably but it does. And the room designs are cool. Only thing i would have liked was security stay on the bottom window so we could open at night for fresh air circulation. The top open window is not enough when 4 people breathing in and out all night. But as far as holiday parks go this was great and so close to the beach. Also we paid for 3 sets of linen but only got two...but we did not follow up...And i need a copy of my invoice please Expedia.

The shower pressure was incredible!! The people around were lovely and thr mattress i slept on was comfy as. I loved the wee room we were in. The mad rush to the toilet was an experience for sure.

A very interesting holiday park, with themed decoration throughout! Lovely to stay here, good facilities.

I've stayed here a couple of times and usually bring my caravan which always works out well. This was my first experience staying in the cabin. In general it was clean but the carpet was torn and stained. I will bring my caravan next time.

Too soft, coils could feel side of bed and with 2 on bed rolled into the middle.

This holiday park would be lovely in summer. Unfortunately we were staying in a cabin during winter and it was snowing so our room was very cold. It had a heater but we had to go and get another duvet from reception, which they gave willingly. The kitchen is nice and big but needed more cooking equipment - only one sharp knife to go around. Reception and staff very friendly and helpful.
