They would not provide an adequate room nor cancel my 1 night reservation. I booked a room at a different hotel and left. ...the room provided had a very strong smell of mold/ mildew. Even after running the air conditioner for a few minutes, the smell would not go away. They said they could not cancel my reservation and offered a different room with a very strong bleach smell. It was just as uncomfortable and difficult to breathe as the first room. Then they offered a different room that still had a strong stale smell with windows that didn't open. For what would have been a few more dollars, I booked a different hotel within walking distance and went there instead. After many years of traveling abroad, I had never left a hotel under such unpleasant circumstances before.

A hotel good enough if you spend your days outside. Hotel is conveniently located opposite Tunjungan Mall and next to Majapahit Hotel.

Great convenient hotel near shopping malls

The room was clean, and hotel staffs were friendly.

Room: big, comfortable and clean. Price: reasonable. Breakfast: selections are quite few, but they really made the limited foods very, very delicious. Dis: There is no hair dryer in the standard room. The water flow of the shower is not strong enough for long hair.

The staff from management to cleaners were most helpful and pleasant and would do anything asked of them I will stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.
