The whole place smells like mildew. My shower had black kold in many places. I told the woman on duty and she said ok. No offer to move rooms as I am sure a lot of rooms have the same issue. Tons of maintenance needs to be done. Torn carpet, broken doors. Construction people staying there are allowed to park their trucks and trailers in the breeze way. This place is a disaster. I will never stay here again.

When we arrived the frint desk was very not maintain a professional appearance. We went to the first room assigned and found the door open. When we went in the smoke detector was removed and sitting on the dresser. The elevator was not working on our floor. The room was clean, but not very well. The hotel has potential, but these few things need addressed.

Check in was great. Room was clean and cool. Hallway was a bit musty. Our disappointment was the morning service. There was no one at breakfast to clean messes that other guests made. Coffee spilled on the elevator floor and another guest cleaned it up. There was absolutely no one at the front desk. We have stayed here before and it was great. We may not come back.

Room got nice and cold, just like I like it. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was BOMB.

We picked this property partially because of the hot tub which once we got there, they said was “out of commission”. There is much of in the corner of the tub and the air conditioner makes odd noises. I would t care normally but everything combined was frustrating.

The hot tub wasn't working, the chair in the room had a broken spring, and there were old lottery tickets from a previous guest in the drawer. The tub needed caulking redone so overall I was not super impressed.

This place only gets a one star due to the ladies at the front. They were kind and understanding. We drove several hours and checked in (the check in lady was really nice) at about 9:30PM well we were placed next to room where a party seemed to be going on. They were loud but bearable. We didn’t think much, we were just tired from the drive and ready to get ready for bed. At about 11:30 we were awakened to some sort of domestic dispute going on in the room where the party was going on. We were awoken to screams, banging, cursing, and fighting. We looked through the peephole to see multiple people really just watching as the suspect just went on his rampage. Immediately we called the cops and called the front desk to check out and get a refund. They were understanding of the situation. After the cops arrived they took care of the situation. But, I wish the hotel would’ve kicked everyone out. The room was still occupied when we left. What if the other guys came back? Ruined our trip and we ended up driving several hours all the way back home.

It was clean it had what was needed.

Hotel lobby smelled like marijuana when you walked in but they tried to cover it up with a fragrance. People were wandering all over the parking lot making it uncomfortable place and feeling for my pregnant wife and family. Bed sheets were half off the bed when we walked in.

If you like sinking mattresses - this is your spot! Once you crawl in the bed you might not get out!! No nightstand on one side of the bed and a 9" space to walk between the bed and wall .........not our best stay.

Good for the price. Convenient when traveling. Nothing bad to say . It would be nice if rooms that are “accessible “ with grab bars etc. in the bathroom had more places in the shower to put our toiletries (. Shampoo…conditioner…razor. . I am always concerned about slipping and or falling when trying to reach down to get them . This goes for most hotels.

This was an average La Quinta, nice but a bit older. Still was clean and quiet. Average hotel hot breakfast.
