Room was cool with a/c.

No a/c in lobby. Very muggy and humid.

Had to go to the front desk four times to get a new key. Had to end up switching rooms. Real inconvenience.

It's really close to the mall

The staff was very rude. And management was very condescending. I worked all day just to get there and they couldn't find my reservation and then treated me like trash. Very poor service. I'll never stay there again.

The staff was very welcoming and inviting.

Didn't like that you only got maid service if you asked for it. We stayed 2 nights and had to go get more towels for the next day.

We are keto so the breakfast actually had options for us. The staff was very nice.

I asked for non-feather pillows and one was in the room which cause me huge allergies. The pillows and bed were not that comfortable. Very noisy location in the night. Pool was closed.
